Download No website 13 May 20:27 comedi2py 0.7

Screenshot

comedi2py feeds data from a data acquisition board into Python by using call-back functions. The goal was to make this as easy as possible, hiding all the complexity of the asynchronous acquisition in comedi2py and providing the Python program simply with an array of the sampled data at a given sampling rate. The program has been tested with the USB-DUX boards, but should also run with any other COMEDI supported data acquisition board.

Release Notes: Now comedi2py and the comedi python bindings can be used together. comedi2py opens only the read device and the comedi python bindings can still access the other sub-devices of the DAQ card.

Download Website 13 May 20:22 UMLGraph 5.5

Screenshot

UMLGraph facilitates the declarative specification and drawing of UML class and sequence diagrams. One can specify a class design using the Java syntax complemented by Javadoc tags. Running the UmlGraph doclet on the specification generates a Graphviz diagram specification that can be automatically processed to create Postscript, GIF, SVG, JPEG, fig, or Framemaker drawings. Similarly, sequence diagrams are specified using declarative pic macros and compiled with the GNU plotutils pic2plot program into a PNG, PNM, (pseudo) GIF, SVG, AI, Postscript, CGM, FIG, PCL, HPGL, Regis, or TEK drawing.

Release Notes: This version adds the ability to make aggregate relationships navigable through the new @navhas and @navcomposed relationships, makes UMLGraphDoc generation compatible with JDK 7, improves the documentation, and moves the project's source code repository hosting to GitHub.

No download Website 13 May 20:21 Task Coach 1.3.14

Screenshot

Task Coach is a simple todo manager to manage personal tasks and todo lists. It grew out of a frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things to do consist of several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks.

Release Notes: This is a mixed feature and bugfix release.

Download Website 13 May 20:18 Sally 0.7

Screenshot

Sally is a tool for mapping a set of strings to a set of vectors. This mapping is referred to as embedding and allows techniques of machine learning and data mining to be applied for the analysis of string data. It can be used with data such as text documents, DNA sequences, or log files. The vector space model or bag-of-words model is used. Strings are characterized by a set of features, where each feature is associated with one dimension of the vector space. Occurrences of the features in each string are counted. Alternatively, binary or TF-IDF values can be computed. Vectors can be output in plain text, LibSVM, or Matlab format.

Release Notes: Support for signed embedding of strings has been added. Several minor bugs have been fixed.

Screenshot

Spack is a standalone package manager with its own CPIO-based package format but aiming to keep total compatibility with Slackware Linux. Written in POSIX shell as much as it makes sense, it attempts to provide a fairly complete toolkit to build, install, remove, list, retrieve, and arrange your packages. It can be used as an alternative to Slackware's pkgtools, just to independently and properly manage your local software on any distribution, or as the main package manager of the distribution you build yourself.

Avatar

Download Website 13 May 16:44 Ganeti 2.5.1

Screenshot

Ganeti is virtual server management software built on top of Xen, KVM, and other open source software. It has been designed to facilitate cluster management of virtual servers and to provide fast and simple recovery after physical failures using commodity hardware.

Release Notes: The main issues solved are on the topic of compatibility with newer LVM releases: fixed parsing of the "lv_attr" field, and adapted to new "vgreduce --removemissing" behaviour where sometimes the "--force" flag is needed. Also on the topic of compatibility, "tools/lvmstrap" has been changed to accept kernel 3.x too (was hard-coded to 2.6.*). A regression present in 2.5.0 that broke handling (in the gnt-* scripts) of hook results and that also made display of other errors suboptimal was fixed; the code behaves now like 2.4 and earlier.

Download Website 13 May 16:41 pylibacl 0.5.1

Screenshot

pylibacl is a Python extension module for POSIX ACLs. It can be used to query, list, add, and remove ACLs from files and directories under operating systems that support them.

Release Notes: This is a bugfix only release. Critical bugs (memory leaks and possible segmentation faults) have been fixed. Some compatibility issues with Python 3.x have been fixed (str() methods returning bytes). The documentation has been improved and changed from epydoc to sphinx; note, however, that the documentation is still auto-generated from the docstrings. The project home page has been moved from SourceForge to GitHub.

No download Website 13 May 16:33 Barista 2.0-alpha3

Screenshot

Barista is a Java [dis]assembler and class file manipulation library. It is part of the OCaml-Java project.

Release Notes: This version provides minor enhancements, and fixes several critical bugs. Special '*.sym' and '*.war' files can now be used in the class path, and Java home detection has been improved (using '/usr/libexec/java_home' under Mac OS X and 'JAVA_HOME' everywhere else). A new peephole rule allows optimization of load/load sequences. Fixed bugs include: incorrect packing of int32 into int64 (#99), stack maps when double/long is followed by top, locals size when over 255, and graph flattening when wide GOTOs are used.

No download No website 13 May 16:30 spdylay 0.2.0

Screenshot

spdylay is an experimental implementation of Google's SPDY protocol in C. It provides a SPDY framing layer implementation. It does not perform any I/O operations. When the library needs them, it calls the callback functions provided by the application. It also does not include any event polling mechanism, so the application can freely choose the way of handling events. This library code does not depend on any particular SSL library (except for example programs that depend on OpenSSL 1.0.1 or later).

Release Notes: This release adds several new APIs: spdylay_gzip API, spdylay_submit_window_update(), spdylay_session_set_option(), and spdylay_strerror(). The following new callback functions are added: spdylay_on_unknown_ctrl_recv_callback and spdylay_on_ctrl_recv_parse_error_callbacks. Some changes are made to existing interfaces. The status_code argument was added to spdylay_on_invalid_ctrl_recv_callback. FRAME_TOO_LARGE was renamed as SPDYLAY_FRAME_TOO_LARGE. spdylay_data_source_read_callback can now return SPDYLAY_ERR_TEMPORAL_CALLBACK_FAILURE to signal stream error.

Release Notes: The centerpiece of this release is the graceful handling of similarly-named albums. It’s now possible to import two albums with the same artist and title and to keep them from conflicting in the filesystem. Many other awesome new features were contributed by the beets community, including regular expression queries, artist sort names, and moving files on import. There are three new plugins: random song/album selection; MusicBrainz “collection” integration; and a plugin for interoperability with other music library systems.
