jpecrga is a jQuery plug-in that helps Web sites use Google Analytics while complying with the amendment to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act (PECR) that came into force in the UK on the 26th May 2011. It provides an unobtrusive method of gaining user consent before using Google Analytics, which requires cookies. The code requests consent from the user. If the user gives consent, then the plug-in will inject the Google Analytics code into the page. If consent is not explicitly given, no code is injected. The user also has the option to store these preferences permanently. This plug-in is designed to satisfy the EPD / PECR / cookie law regulations only for Google Analytics.

The Bruker Protein Dynamics Centre user function "pdc" has been renamed "bruker". The Bruker and BMRB user functions have been added to the menu system. Fimex is a the File Interpolation, Manipulation, and EXtraction library for gridded geospatial data. It converts between different, extensible data formats (currently netcdf, NcML, grib1/2, metgm, wdb, and felt). It enables you to change the projection and interpolation of scalar and vector grids. It makes it possible to subset the gridded data and to extract only parts of the files. For simple usage, Fimex also comes with the command line program fimex.

Release Notes: The build-process of Fimex has been improved. It is now possible to build with proj-4.8 and against netcdf-4.1.2 to 4.2 without the netcdf4 file-format and by using the nc-config script. GribWriter has been extended to be able to write latitude-longitude data for grib1 and select variables by name and standard_name. The earth radius for WRF model files has been fixed, and GribReader now handles optional parameters in the configuration file.
