LibRaw is a library for reading RAW files obtained from digital photo cameras (CRW/CR2, NEF, RAF, DNG, and others). LibRaw is based on the source codes of the dcraw utility, though some of the drawbacks of dcraw have been eliminated. The users of the library are provided with an API to be used when writing their software programs.

FEDES is a Finite Element Data Exchange System for mapping finite element analysis data between different FE solvers and meshes with different element types and densities. Veusz is a scientific plotting package, designed to create publication-ready Postscript, PDF, or SVG output. It features an easy to use graphical interface as well as a command line interface and can be scripted or embedded in Python scripts. Graphs are constructed in a modular fashion from separate components. Datasets can be interactively modified or created from within the program.

ssterm is a console-based simple serial port terminal. It features painless serial port configuration, has no dependencies outside of a standard Python 2 installation, is contained in a single file, and provides a variety of useful input/output features, including plain ASCII representation, split hexadecimal/ASCII representation, pure hexadecimal representation, color coding bytes and characters, raw input/output with control character forwarding, and remapping of transmitted and received newlines.

dfsch is Scheme-like LISP dialect. It draws inspiration from R5RS, but also contains concepts inspired by other languages, mainly Common Lisp, most notable of which is inclusion of a CLOS-style object system with multiple dispatch and condition systems. The implementation is written in plain C with a Boehm-Demers-Weiser conservative garbage collector using some object-oriented concepts on top of plain C.

Strings edit is a library that provides I/O facilities for integers, floating-point numbers, Roman numerals, and strings. Both input and output subroutines support string pointers for consequent stream processing. The output can be aligned in a fixed size field with padding. Numeric input can be checked against expected values range to be either saturated or to raise an exception. For floating-point output either relative or absolute output precision can be specified. UTF-8 encoded strings are supported, including wildcard pattern matching, sets and maps of code points, upper/lowercase, and other Unicode categorizations.
