Nagstamon is a Nagios status monitor with a UI that resides in the systray or as a floating statusbar on your desktop. It informs you in realtime about the status of your Nagios, Icinga, Opsview, Ninja, Check_MK/Multisite, Centreon, or Thruk-monitored network. It alerts you with sound and visual notification. Failed hosts and services are easy to connect with by SSH, RDP, and VNC. Custom actions can be run on certain events. It works best with GNOME, but also with KDE, Mac OS X, and Windows.

jsoup is a Java library for working with real-world HTML. It can parse HTML from a URL, file, or string. It can find and extract data, using DOM traversal or CSS selectors. The HTML elements, attributes, and text can be manipulated. It can clean user-submitted content against a safe white-list. jsoup is designed to deal with all varieties of HTML found in the wild, from pristine and validating to invalid tag-soup; jsoup will create a sensible parse tree.

Genius is an arbitrary precision integer and multiple precision floating point calculator. It includes its own programming language similar in some aspects to C, bc, or Pascal. It can deal with rational numbers and complex numbers. It has matrix support as well. It uses the gmp library so it is very fast for calculations of large numbers. It has a command line and a GNOME interface. The GNOME interface supports plotting functions and 3D surfaces.

The goal of Siebel Code Analyzer is to provide tools to analyze and find common issues with eScript code based on best practices for coding. At the moment, the Perl script finder.pl has the following features: connect to the repository database and analyze eScript code for objects not correctly terminated; multi-OS platform support (wherever Perl 5.10 is supported); database independence (through DBI usage); and an external configuration file. Future releases are expected to include a full eScript parser; identify the absence of usage of try/catch/finally blocks; identify correct usage of finally block; and use TAP for report output.

SMTP4PHP is a collection of PHP classes dedicated for composing and sending multipart/mixed email messages quickly and easily, with or without embedded images and/or attachments.

sawfish.wm.ext.pager is a C/Lisp extension that provides a functional desktop pager for the sawfish window manager. A pager is a map of your desktop. It shows not only the visible part of your desktop (the current viewport), but also the parts that extend beyond the sides of your screen. Also, if you have more than one workspace, the pager will follow you to where you are, or optionally show all workspaces at once. Of course you can select viewports and windows, and also move or raise/lower the latter.

rep-gtk is a language-binding between GTK+/GDK and librep. Basic GLib and ATK bindings are included, too. The bindings for outdated, deprecated libraries (libgnome, libgnomeui, libgnomecanvas, and libglade) have been dropped. In favor of libglade, GTKBuilder is supported.

Librep is a shared library implementing a Lisp dialect that is lightweight, reasonably fast, and highly extensible. It contains an interpreter, byte-code compiler, and virtual machine. Applications may use the interpreter as an extension language, or it may be used for standalone scripts. Rep was originally inspired by Emacs Lisp. However one of the main deficiencies of elisp--the reliance on dynamic scope--has been removed. Also, rep only has a single namespace for symbols.

STALLioN is a cross-platform C/C++ library for creating coherent CLI/Terminal programs on multiple platforms with one codebase. It aims to provide a consistent development API across multiple platforms so that separate code does not have to be created for each (often very different) terminal interface.
Release Notes: This release adds Windows and Linux support for all functions, multi-colored output for individual characters and formatted strings (i.e., printf), controllable cursor positions, flash rates, visibility, and color, and variable window and buffer sizes (requires X to be running on Linux). evilvte is a terminal emulator. It supports almost everything VTE provides. It also supports tabs, automatic hiding of the tab bar, and the ability to switch encoding at runtime. Configuration is done by editing the source code and recompiling it. The size of a standard stripped binary of evilvte is less than 9 kilobytes.

Forban is a P2P file sharing application for link-local and local area networks. Forban works independently from the Internet and uses only the local area capabilities to announce, discover, search, or share files. Forban relies on HTTP and is opportunistic, meaning that it replicates any files of interest seen in its proximity. The Forban protocols are minimalistic to ease the production of other implementations.

Wireshark is a network protocol analyzer, or "packet sniffer", that lets you capture and interactively browse the contents of network frames. It provides a commercial-quality packet analyzer for Unix, and the most useful packet analyzer on any platform.

superseriousstats is a small and efficient program for creating a Web page with statistics from various types of IRC logs. It keeps track of its parse history and only processes new activity before storing any accumulated data in a SQLite or MySQL database. It is suitable for high volume IRC channels and large log archives, and is relatively easy to integrate with IRC services (e.g. bots) that interact with the database and provide last seen information and many other statistics directly in your channel.

Box is a framework to build complex applications with simple repetitive tasks assimilated to a "black box". It is highly inspired by signal processing processes applied to the Web. DomCore is a set of PHP Foundation classes which are ready to be extended to give basic capabilities to your applications. 360-FAAR (Firewall Analysis Audit and Repair) is an offline, command line, Perl firewall policy manipulation tool to filter, compare to logs, merge, translate, and output firewall commands for new policies, in Checkpoint dbedit, Cisco ASA, or ScreenOS commands. It is all contained in one file. It can read policy and logs for: Checkpoint FW1 (in odumper.csv / logexport format), Netscreen ScreenOS (in get config / syslog format), and Cisco ASA (show run / syslog format). It uses both inclusive and exclusive CIDR and text filters, permitting you to split large policies into smaller ones for virutalization at the same time as removing unused connectivity. It supports policy to log association, object translation, rulebase reordering and simplification, rule moves, and duplicate matching automatically. It allows you to seamlessly move rules to where you need them. 'print' mode creates a spreadsheet for your audit needs with one command.

lrc (The Linux Resource Compiler) is a system for packing many files into a single file for installation and use in a program as its resources (such as the graphics and sounds used by a game). It consists of a command-line tool, called lrc, for compiling the resources and a library, called liblrc, to extract the resources from a file generated by the compiler.
Release Notes: This release allows compressing the resource file as a whole. This compression works even if the single files are already compressed.
iODBC is a cross-platform Driver Manager that comforms to the Microsoft ODBC 2.x & 3.x and X/Open SQL CLI data access specs. It enables the development of database-centric solutions that are both database and platform independent. This is a great SDK for porting WIN32-based ODBC applications to Linux and other OS platforms.
Release Notes: This version sees the project hosting transferred to GitHub for future development and the conversion of Mac OS X UI to XIB format for Mac OS X 10.5 and newer versions. web2ldap is a full-featured Web-based LDAPv3 client written in Python. It is designed to run either as with stand-alone built-in Web server or under the control of another Web server with FastCGI support (e.g. Apache with mod_fastcgi). It has support for various LDAPv3 bind methods and a powerful built-in schema browser. HTML templates are supported for displaying and editing entries, and LDIF templates can be used for quickly adding new entries. A built-in X.509 parser displays a detailed view of certificates and CRLs with active links.

gscan2pdf is a GUI to ease the process of producing PDFs from scanned documents. You scan in one or several pages and create a PDF of selected pages. Scanning is handled with SANE via scanimage. PDF conversion is done by PDF::API2. Perl is used for portability and ease of programming, with gtk2-perl for the GUI.
Release Notes: Ocropus support was fixed. Support was added for Tesseract 3.02. More language codes were added for Tesseract and Cuneiform. PDF file size was improved by referencing core fonts only once. Bugs were fixed when restoring a crashed session and if an error was thrown copying an image.
