The libstatgrab library provides an easy-to-use interface for accessing system statistics and information. Available statistics include CPU, Load, Memory, Swap, Disk I/O, and Network I/O. The package also includes two tools: saidar provides a curses-based interface for viewing live system statistics, and statgrab is a sysctl-like interface to the statistics.
Release Notes: This release adds support for FreeBSD 9 and other systems using utmpx. On FreeBSD an issue with large quantities of memory was fixed, and support for dynamically getting a list of supported file systems was added. File systems will now be detected on Solaris ZFS. On Linux, CPU iowait information will now be given where available.
Antiprism polyhedron modelling software is a set of programs for creating, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing polyhedra.
Release Notes: New features include a large collection of polyhedron models accessible by name and symmetry operations for several programs. TripleA is a clone of the popular board game "Axis & Allies", which is a turn based strategy wargame. TripleA also acts as a game engine allowing creation of custom games with similar mechanics to Axis and Allies. It supports online play, network play, play-by-email, and single player vs AI or hot-seat. It comes with 11 different maps and the option to download more from online repositories. Most games take place during World War II, though there are mods to play other conflicts like the Napoleonic wars, or Lord of the Rings.

Your heartbeat causes micro color changes on your face. What's My Heart Rate uses the front camera and a software algorithm to detect these micro changes, with beat-to-beat accuracy. The algorithm is based on the non-contact photoplethysmography concept.

uim is a multilingual input method framework. It aims to provide a flexible development platform and useful user environment for input methods. It works in many environments, including general desktop systems such as GNOME or KDE, and even in a console. It also supports Linux Zaurus and Mac OS X.
Release Notes: This release fixes some minor problems with Qt4 bridge and uim-m17nlib. A compilation problem on GNU/Hurd and NetBSD was fixed.
cdist is a usable configuration management system. It adheres to the KISS principle and is being used in both small and enterprise-grade environments. It is an alternative to other configuration management systems like cfengine, bcfg2, chef, and puppet.
Release Notes: In __file, chmod is now used after chown/chgrp. In __user, the shadow field in the explorer was corrected and a problem with changing a user's group by name was fixed. In __link, existing links are now handled properly. __key_value now has a more robust implementation. A new __package_pip type was added. Object IDs can now start and end with /, but not contain //.
The Big Faceless Report Generator is a Java application for converting source documents written in XML to PDF. Built on top of the Big Faceless PDF & Graph Libraries, the Report Generator combines these features and wraps an XML parser around them. Using JSP, ASP, XSL, or similar, creating dynamic PDF documents directly from a database is now as easy as HTML.
Release Notes: An option to flatten all annotations on a PDF included via the background-pdf tag was added. This release is built with PDF library 2.11.21 and Graph Library 1.1.6.
Release Notes: Regressions where some documents with compressed XRef streams would fail to open in Acrobat, where adding JPEG images to a PDF could result in them being, and where merging multiple copies of the same PDF could result in larger files than necessary, or with errors if PDF was encrypted were fixed. The "MergeResources" step was improved for PDF/A and PDF/X documents. It will now merge compatible but different subsets of the same OpenType font.

G4L is a hard disk and partition imaging and cloning tool. The created images are optionally compressed, and they can be stored on a local hard drive or transferred to an anonymous FTP server. A drive can be cloned using the "Click'n'Clone" function. G4L supports file splitting if the local filesystem does not support writing files larger than 2GB. The included kernel supports ATA, serial-ATA, and SCSI drives. Common network cards are supported. It is packaged as a bootable CD image with an ncurses GUI for easy use.

TXR is a new data munging language. TXR's special pattern language provides template-based matching of entire documents or large sections of documents. It also contains a language for functional and imperative programming. It is written in C and takes the form of a utility that is portable to Unix-like platforms and Windows.
Release Notes: "Freeform" scanning (treating an arbitrarily sized remainder of the input as one big string) is now possible in constant memory. Bugs in hex and octal character constants, the format function, and printing of string objects were fixed.
