Download Website 28 Dec 13:45 Bluelog 1.1.0

Bluelog is a Bluetooth site survey tool, designed to tell you how many discoverable devices there are in an area as quickly as possible. Bluelog differs from most Bluetooth scanners in that it prioritizes speed of reporting over anything else (i.e. it doesn't spend time trying to pull detailed data from a device) and doesn't require any user intervention to function. As the name implies, its primary function is to log discovered devices to file rather than to be used interactively. Bluelog could run on a system unattended for long periods of time to collect data. In addition to basic scanning, Bluelog also has a unique feature called "Bluelog Live", which puts results in a constantly updating Web page which you can serve with your HTTP daemon of choice.

Release Notes: This is a stable release intended for general use. It adds many internal improvements, cleanups, and bugfixes, and is a suggested upgrade for all users.

Download Website 27 Dec 21:57 Corlpack 0.4

Corlpack is a faster Ada implementation of the basic types from the R Language. It includes calculations with units of measurement, a broad range of other basic types such as urn-like identifiers, coordinate, and monetary amounts. Basic types are represented as 128-bit UUIDs so heterogenous arrays, without predesigned structure, can be easily built. Heap allocation for complex structures is minimized, hopefully resulting in much shorter and more predictable execution time. An API with a small number of generic functions aims to simplify Ada programming for computational applications, especially for scientists from non-IT fields.

Release Notes: This release adds complete extended UUID APIs with pluggable types (by registering make, read, and format methods for new extended UUID types). Corlpack.Issn is provided as an example of the UUID type "issn". This release adds VUUIDs, vectors of (extended) UUIDs, as well as string UUIDs that do not exist independently but as a data structure inside a VUUID. These can represent ASCII strings of arbitrary length. This release fixes some errors in reading/writing time UUIDs and has more tests.

Download Website 27 Dec 21:56 amforth 5.0

amforth is an extendible command interpreter for the Atmel AVR ATmega microcontroller family. It has a turnkey feature for embedded use as well. It does not depend on a host application. Release Notes: This release adds support for 1wire devices (due to work being done for the 4e4th.eu project) and improves power save strategies. Furthermore, it comes with a lot more documentation on the Web site: topics like timers as well as developer tools like profiler and debugger. Some Arduino relevant enhancements are made. There are now some rudimentary compiler safety checks. Some minor bugs are fixed as well.

Download Website 27 Dec 21:46 Sally 0.8.1

Sally is a tool for mapping a set of strings to a set of vectors. This mapping is referred to as embedding and allows techniques of machine learning and data mining to be applied for the analysis of string data. It can be used with data such as text documents, DNA sequences, or log files. The vector space model or bag-of-words model is used. Strings are characterized by a set of features, where each feature is associated with one dimension of the vector space. Occurrences of the features in each string are counted. Alternatively, binary or TF-IDF values can be computed. Vectors can be output in plain text, LibSVM, or Matlab format.

Release Notes: Support for positional n-grams with varying shift has been added. Several minor bugs have been fixed.

It is designed to support the regular analysis of malicious software and the development of detection and defense measures. It allows for identifying novel classes of malware with similar behavior and assigning unknown malware to discovered classes. It can be applied to recorded program behavior of various formats as long as monitored events are separated by delimiter symbols, e.g. as in reports generated by the popular malware sandboxes CWSandbox, Anubis, Norman Sandbox, and Joebox.

Release Notes: The tool's persistent state is stored in the local state directory for better maintenance. Several minor bugs have been fixed.
