Xidel is a command line tool to download Web pages and extract data from them. It can download files over HTTP/S connections, follow redirections, links, or extracted values, and process local files. The data can be extracted using XPath 2.0, XQuery 1.0, and JSONiq expressions, CSS 3 selectors, and custom, pattern-matching templates that are like an annotated version of the processed page. The extracted values can then be exported as plain text/XML/HTML/JSON, or assigned to variables to be used in other extract expressions or be exported to the shell. There is also an online CGI service for testing.
Release Notes: The XPath interpreter has been extended to become a complete XQuery 1 interpreter, thereby some bugs and design mistakes were found and fixed. Two additional functions were added: a "form" function that encodes HTML forms and can easily follow post requests (e.g. -f form(//form, "username=...&password=..."), and a "match" function to run the pattern-matching templates from within XPath 2 expressions. The Windows CLI interface was improved (e.g. support for single quotes), and the two online services were merged into one.
PDF Split and Merge (pdfsam) is an easy-to-use tool that provides functions to split and merge PDF files or subsections of them.
Release Notes: The requested feature to handle recent environments has been added to the main menu. A new MSI installation package is now available for Windows users. There is a new EXE for Windows users that fixes an issue occurring on some 64-bit platforms where the installed Java Virtual Machine wasn't correctly found. A bug has been fixed affecting user interface restore when the application was closed minimized. JID is a system which can deserialize, update, and reserialize a map of 100,000 entries in half a millisecond on an i7 at 3.40 GHz. Serialization/reserialization timings are largely independent of the size and complexity of the table entries. Incremental serialization/deserialization is used to achieve high performance.

OGLplus is a header-only library that implements a thin object-oriented facade over the OpenGL (version 3 and higher) C-language API. It provides wrappers that automate the resource and object management and make the use of OpenGL in C++ safer and easier.

The abcMIDI suite consists of programs for turning ABC music files into MIDI and vice versa, typesetting them as PostScript files, and manipulate them in several ways.

WebMon is a Java VM monitoring tool. It can be deployed to any servlet container or embedded in your EAR, or in JavaSE applications. RSS, e-mail, and Jabber notifications of potential problems are sent. It is useful if you aren't able to use traditional tools such as JConsole or VisualVM.
Release Notes: Plaintext VM analysis support was added. It shows the following information: thread CPU usage, CPU usage of the Java process, host OS, environment variables, and detected deadlocks. The Web version includes a classpath browser and JNDI browser.
abcm2ps is a package that converts music tunes from ABC format to PostScript. Based on abc2ps version 1.2.5, it was developed mainly to print baroque organ scores that have independant voices played on one or more keyboards, and a pedal-board. It introduces many extensions to the ABC language that make it suitable for classical music.

Arcavias is an e-commerce framework for Web shops, consisting of an e-commerce library, an administration interface, and different frontends. It's a modular stack which offers flexibility and speed. Unlike other Web shops, it's not a monolithic application. Instead, you have a choice between several user frontends, and you can adapt them to your needs or write one of your own.
Release Notes: The new release contains a client library for generating the necessary HTML when integrating Arcavias into a CMS or a customized application. giis-ext4 (gET iT i sAY) is a file recovery tool for Ext4 filesystems. Once installed, current files and newly created files can be recovered. It allows users to recover all deleted files, recover files owned by a specific user, and recover files of a specific type, such as text or PNG. It uses ext2fs lib and sqlite.

Release Notes: This point release continues to play on the theme of improved timeline based subtitle editing. The single biggest new feature is waveform visualization right in your subtitle timeline. BitlBee allows users to talk to people on the major instant messaging and microblogging networks (including MSN, Google Talk, AIM, and Twitter) from within any IRC client by emulating an IRC server. Virtual channels are created with all of the user's contacts in them, who can be talked to in the channel or in a query. Also, one can participate in group chats and chat rooms like they were normal IRC channels.

Nuttx is a real-time embedded operating system (RTOS). It has a small footprint that is usable in micro-controller environments. It is fully scalable from tiny (8-bit) to moderate embedded (32-bit) systems. It also aims to be fully compliant to standards, to be fully real time, and to be totally open.
Release Notes: This is the 90th release of NuttX. It adds support for the uClibc++ implementation of the C++ standard library and the standard math library as derived from the Rhombus OS. uClibc++ is released as a separate, installable add-on component, due to the differences in licensing from NuttX. This release also adds support for ELF modules which may be loaded from a filesystem, dynamically linked to the base NuttX code, and executed from RAM. New drivers include drivers for the MAX11802 touchscreen and for the STM32 /dev/random.
Slam is a mature IC Layout editor with the ability to edit very large designs (such as stream files larger than 10GB). Novel features include threading for redraw, support for displaying on multiple X servers simultaneously, and a Tcl interface to the database for user extensibility. The system is a library based system with multi-user support. Programmable structures (P-Cells) are available in Tcl. The editor includes gds input and output.
Release Notes: This release extends the number of layers from 4,000 to 16,300 and adds vector PDF output for small layouts and cross sectional views so layouts/cross sections can be easily exported to documents. Note that the diffusion profile in the cross sectional view can have rounded or custom profile edges. This release also updates the "add wire" command to be repelled "min" space away from other objects, to avoid DRC errors. The LVS option has been completely updated to extract any angle geometries and extract WPE/STI/NRS/NRD values. A new free gds viewer is now available for download from the website.

GNUnet is a peer-to-peer framework with focus on providing security. All peer-to-peer messages in the network are confidential and authenticated. The framework provides a transport abstraction layer and can currently encapsulate the network traffic in UDP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, or direct 802.11 (WLAN). GNUnet supports accounting to provide contributing nodes with better service. The services built on top of the framework include anonymous file sharing and a virtual network providing IPv4-IPv6 transition via protocol translation over the P2P network.
Release Notes: This release adds a few features and fixes a large number of bugs. It is largely protocol-compatible with GNUnet 0.9.3. It introduces flow- and congestion control for the multicast system, support for exit policies and exit discovery for the GNUnet VPN, support for tunneling P2P traffic over HTTP(S) with reverse proxies, and various performance improvements.
