irked is an IRC client that runs as a daemon accepting notification requests as JSON objects presented to a listening socket. It is meant to be used by hook scripts in version-control repositories, allowing them to send commit notifications to project IRC channels. A hook script that works with git, hg, and svn is included in the distribution.
Release Notes: This release expires disconnected connections if they aren't needed or can't reconnect, and removes Eventlet support (it didn't play well with the library mutex).
The xterm program is the standard terminal emulator for the X Window System. It provides DEC VT102/VT220 and Tektronix 4014 compatible terminals for programs that can't use the window system directly. If the underlying operating system supports terminal resizing capabilities (for example, the SIGWINCH signal in systems derived from 4.3bsd), xterm will use the facilities to notify programs running in the window whenever it is resized.
Release Notes: This release adds further improvements for icon configurability and cleanup of the configure script to remove obsolete checks.
Aspose.Cells is a Java component for spreadsheet reporting without using Microsoft Excel. Other features include creating spreadsheets, opening encrypted Excel files, macros, VBA, Unicode, formula settings, pivot tables, and importing data from JDBC ResultSet. CSV, SpreadsheetML, PDF, ODS, and all file formats from Excel 97 to Excel 2007 are supported. It supports all advanced features of data management, formatting, worksheet, charting, and graphics.
Release Notes: This release added support for copying sparklines between workbooks, and an important enhancement regarding obtaining the offset of the right-bottom corner of a given shape. Users can now set the default color of the worksheet tab. You can now close internal streams to release memory resources in PDF conversion and boost performance.
uthash is a hash for C structures, allowing any C structure having a unique key field to be hashed. Structures can be added, deleted, or removed from the hash in constant time. The key field can have any data type.
Release Notes: A number of small enhancements were made to the supplemental utilities included with uthash, including new list operations (prepend, replace, and support for structures that use different naming conventions), new dynamic string features (KMP substring search, format checking), compatibility improvements, and improved documentation.

documentr is a Web-based tool for editing and presenting software documentation. It allows you to easily maintain documentation for multiple products and product branches. Edits can easily be copied between branches, with merge conflicts being handled gracefully. It uses Markdown as its markup language, along with some extensions, and has a role-based permission system.
Release Notes: This release replaces the page editor with a new one with syntax highlighting as well as other editing features. It also adds a new Flattr macro.
eurephia is an authentication plug-in for OpenVPN. It enhances the OpenVPN authentication process by using user name and password authentication in addition to SSL certificates. If too many failed attempts are registered, the user account and/or IP address will be blocked. For Linux servers, iptables support is also included, which can be used to restrict each user's network access through the VPN channel. OpenVPN 2.2 or later is required.
Release Notes: Important changes in this release are support for TUN mode, an overhauled SQLite3 database driver with improved error handling and reporting, local time zones in SQLite3 admin reports instead of UTC/GMT, an improved efw-iptables driver with a new API for communication from eurephia-auth, documentation updates, enhanced build checks on newer Linux platforms, and several bugfixes in eurephiadm and eurephia_init.
Burp is a program that backs up and restores data. It uses librsync in order to save on the amount of space that is used by each backup. It also uses VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) to make snapshots when backing up Windows computers.
Release Notes: An important bug in exclude_comp was fixed. Users of version 1.3.14 clients should upgrade as soon as possible. A bug in the read_blockdev option was fixed. A 'version_warn=[0|1]' option was added.
libnetfilter_acct is a library that provides the programming interface to the Netfilter Extended Accounting subsystem in the Linux kernel.

Freelords is a rewrite of the well-known Warlords II. It mainly resembles Warlords, but also extends the game, e.g. units have hit points and the save, and configuration files have an easy-to-read XML format.

Ansilove/PHP is a set of tools that convert ANSi and artscene-related file formats into PNG images, supporting ANSi (.ANS), PCBOARD (.PCB), BiNARY (.BIN), ADF (.ADF), iDF (.IDF), TUNDRA (.TND), and XBiN (.XB) formats. It includes a command line converter and a library for doing "on the fly" conversions. It creates optimized 4-bit PNG files and supports SAUCE, 80x25, 80x50, Amiga fonts, and iCE colors. Sound Converter is a simple sound converter application for the GNOME environment. It reads anything the GStreamer library can read, and writes WAV, FLAC, MP3, AAC, and Ogg Vorbis files.

ipset allows administration of sets of IP addresses/networks, ports, MAC addresses, and interfaces, which are stored in hash or bitmap data structures. These can then be used in conjunction with iptables to do fast presence lookups.
Release Notes: This release fixes the internal CIDR bookkeeping which could lead to mismatches when the number of different-sized networks was greater than the smallest CIDR value. It supports matching elements marked with "nomatch" in "hash:*net*" sets and adds /0 network support to the "hash:net,iface" type.

Zim is a graphical text editor used to maintain a collection of wiki pages. Each page can contain links to other pages, simple formatting, and images. Pages are stored in a folder structure, like in an outliner, and can have attachments. Creating a new page is as easy as linking to a nonexistent page. All data is stored in plain text files with wiki formatting. Various plugins provide additional functionality, like a task list manager, an equation editor, a tray icon, and support for version control. Zim can be used to keep an archive of notes, take notes during meetings or lectures, organize task lists, draft blog entries and email, or do brainstorming.
Release Notes: Highlights of this release are a rework of the side panes, allowing plugins to be positioned on any side, simpler configuration for external applications, a critical bugfix for the version control plugin, and fixes for localization on Windows. A number of improvements have been made to the attachment browser, the calendar plugin, and the tasklist plugin. New features include the option to export to ReST and two new plugins, one for inserting music scores using GNU Lilypond, and another for Zeitgeist integration.
Topologic is a simple renderer for certain higher-dimensional geometric primitives and some regular 3D shapes. The idea is to make it easy for students of certain higher-dimensional maths and physics topics to visualize the typical primitives in those fields and get a grasp for the topic.
Release Notes: Topologic is now available on the Mac App Store. This release also introduces 3D lighting support and cleans up a good bit of the internal code, including updated projection code.
libnetfilter_cthelper is a library which allows user-space programs to interface the kernel connection tracking helpers of the Netfilter subsystem in the Linux kernel.

phpMyAdmin is a tool intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Web. It can create, rename, and drop databases, create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields, execute any SQL statement, manage keys on fields, create dumps of tables and databases, export/import CSV data, and administrate one single database and multiple MySQL servers.
Release Notes: An error when seaching a table having many columns has been fixed. Minor security fixes were incorporated.
WebCert is a Web application to generate and manage digital certificates in cases where no "full" CA is needed. It is very handy for those who need a cert quickly and don't have the hang of the OpenSSL command line. It is very easy to deploy and to use.
Release Notes: The new certificate validation function "certvalidate.cgi" allows the analysis of the signing certificate chain, both for a local certificate or for a remote server. The implementation of SubjectAltNames now allows the creation of multi-purpose certificates. The obsolete "Netscape Comment" extension for server certificates has been removed. Submitted certificate requests are now signed including their requested extensions. Since version 1.7.4, WebCert's version control has moved to Github.
iptables is built on top of netfilter, the packet alteration framework for Linux 2.4.x and 2.6.x. It is a major rewrite of its predecessor ipchains, and is used to control packet filtering, Network Address Translation (masquerading, portforwarding, transparent proxying), and special effects such as packet mangling.
Release Notes: This release includes aliasing support, which translates command lines using obsolete extensions into new ones. The option parser now flags illegal negative numbers in some more extensions. A division by zero was resolved in libxt_limit as well.
The Userspace Logging Daemon (ulogd) is a flexible framework for extensive logging of packets on a firewall machine. ulogd uses the ULOG target of iptables/netfilter, the packet filtering framework of Linux 2.4 and 2.6. It supports binary plugins for adding packet interpreters and output-targets (e.g., for logging into databases, user-defined filetypes, etc.).
Release Notes: This release includes support for the nfacct extended iptables accounting infrastructure.
