MyJSQLView provides an easy-to-use Java based GUI frontend for viewing, adding, editing, or deleting data in the HSQL, MSAccess, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQLite databases. A query tool allows the building of complex SQL statements. The application allows easy sorting, searching, and import/export of table data. A plug-in framework allows inclusion of tools to profile and plot data for analysis.
Release Notes: This release marks a major reorganizational effort regarding the source code and plugin management. Though the public will notice little with regard to source subpackaging, the plugin management changes bring the ability to load plugins from remote locations. Plugin repositories can now be created by individuals or organizations which wish to provide custom plugins on the basis of a realtime network loading capability. In that regard, the MyJSQLView project has added to its own public repository a free Open Source SQL query builder plugin.
Octave daemon is a network daemon for GNU Octave, implemented in PHP. The package also contains a PHP client for connecting to the daemon. Native PHP applications can also use the connector class to run ad hoc Octave instances, circumventing the daemon altogether (which can be useful for development or small projects).
Release Notes: A bug has been fixed (now observing the number of instances in the configuration), and a small improvement has been made (empirically determining a more appropriate value for the main daemon run() delay.)

Xpdf 3.0.3 and XPaint 2.9.9 have also been included.
moneyGuru is a personal finance management application. It allows you to evaluate your financial situation so that you can make informed (and thus better) decisions. Most finance applications have the same goal, but moneyGuru's difference is in the way it achieves it. Rather than having reports which you have to configure (or find out which pre-configured report is the right one), your important financial data (net worth, profit) is constantly up-to-date and "in your face". This allows you to constantly make informed decision rather than doing so periodically.
Release Notes: This release fixes a crash on quit where charts would try to draw themselves after having been freed.
Kid3 tagger can edit the ID3v1 tags and all ID3v2 frames in MP3 files and the tags in Ogg/Vorbis and FLAC files in an efficient way. It is easy to convert between ID3v1 and ID3v2, set the tags of multiple files to the same values and generate the tags from the file name or vice versa. Import is possible from freedb.org, MusicBrainz, and other sources of track data.

Release Notes: Closure unboxing optimization, new timed I/Os, and API optimizations (ALSA, FLAC, and mpg123).
Visualization of Protein Ligand Graphs (VPLG) uses a graph-based model to describe the structure of proteins on the super-secondary structure level. A protein-ligand graph is computed from the atomic coordinates in a PDB file and the secondary structure assignments of the DSSP algorithm. In this graph, vertices represent secondary structure elements (SSEs, usually alpha helices and beta strands) or ligand molecules, while the edges model contacts and relative orientations between them. The graphs can be visualized, written to a database, and saved in a text-based file format.
Release Notes: Folding graphs, i.e. connected components of protein ligand graphs, can now also be exported in all formats. You can also configure VPLG to add metadata (e.g. species) to exported graphs in comments (for export formats that support comments but no graph metadata).

The Big Faceless Java PDF Viewer is a Swing component that can display PDF documents. It is intended for developers who don't require the full API. The PDF Viewer can be installed as an applet, an application, via Java Web Start, or embedded in a Swing application. Printing, saving, text search, forms, digital signatures, and annotations are some of the many features available. The viewer can be tailored to include just the features you need, and is a cost-effective solution for those needing the features of Adobe Acrobat on a Java platform.
Release Notes: Viewer: changing or closing a PDF in a DocumentPanel may now call PDF.close(). This will immediately free resources for the PDF (allowing the file to be deleted on Windows), but if anyone is still holding a link to the PDF object after its DocumentPanel has closed, it will cause problems. Viewer: PagePanel has been completely refactored to better handle interruptions and fix a number of special case rendering errors. Note that this release does not allow the page to be changed once set. Viewer: Windows L&F now has the Cancel button on the right (the Windows way).
