PDFTextStream is a PDF text and metadata extraction library available for Java, Python, and .NET. It supports all versions of the PDF document specification, (including v1.7, used by Acrobat 8 and 9), extraction of text encoded using double-byte character sets (including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean), decryption of 40-bit and 128-bit encrypted documents, and extraction of all document metadata provided by PDF documents (including form data, bookmarks, and annotations). Easy integration with Jakarta Lucene is included, as well as interactive form update capability.
Release Notes: This release adds support for decryption of AES-encrypted PDF documents (including support for 256-bit and variable bit length ciphers), and adds dozens of performance and PDF document compatibility enhancements and fixes. PDFTextStream for Java now requires version 1.5.0 or higher of the JVM/JRE, and PDFTextStream.NET now ships with IKVM 0.46.0.1 and requires .NET 2.0 or higher. PDF merge capability (com.snowtide.pdf.util.MergeUtil) has been deprecated, as has memory-mapping of opened PDF files (now disabled by default).
RabbitMQ is an implementation of AMQP, the emerging standard for high performance enterprise messaging. The RabbitMQ server is based on a proven platform, Erlang/OTP, offering exceptionally high reliability, availability, and scalability. It delivers good throughput and latency performance that is predictable and consistent. The code base is compact and easily maintainable, facilitating rapid customization and hot deployment. The RabbitMQ distribution also includes a Java client that interoperates with any compliant AMQP server.
Release Notes: Unnecessary CPU utilization no longer occurs in the presence of large numbers of idle HA queues. Rapidly declaring and then deleting HA queues no longer crashes the master. This release fixes a race condition in handling node down signals which could result in HA queues failing to restart when bringing a mirror/slave back online. Channels no longer crash when detecting nodes which have gone offline. rabbitmqctl no longer garbles error messages when rendering non-ASCII characters.
hchatd is a simple chat server, written in (almost compliant) ANSI C, and able to compile on multiple Unix systems. Users can create multiple chatrooms, while the chatroom URL is the only thing you need to connect to it. The server contains client code (HTML and JavaScript); it uses XMLHttpRequest, so the chat is truly online.
Release Notes: A better HTTP parser and short documentation have been added.
Bugzero is a Web-based change management and issue tracking system used in a distributed team environment to track software bugs, hardware defects, test cases, or any other issues. It can also be used equally well as a helpdesk customer support, trouble ticketing, or email management system to collect and manage customer feedbacks, incidents, requests, and issues. Release Notes: Form fields can now be disabled or made mandatory through a date time or text input field. Some issues in handling the username and email address have been fixed.
Pcompress is a utility to do compression and decompression in parallel by splitting input data into chunks. It has a modular structure and includes support for multiple algorithms like LZMA, Bzip2, PPMD, etc., with CRC64 chunk checksums. SSE optimizations for the bundled LZMA are included. It also implements chunk-level Content-Aware Deduplication and Delta Compression features based on a Semi-Rabin Fingerprinting scheme. It has low metadata overhead and overlaps I/O and compression to achieve maximum parallelism. It also bundles a simple slab allocator to speed repeated allocation of similar chunks. It can work in pipe mode, reading from stdin and writing to stdout. It also provides some adaptive compression modes in which multiple algorithms are tried per chunk to determine the best one for the given chunk.
Release Notes: This is a bugfix release which fixes a crash, reduces memory usage, and improves compression ratios for some algorithms.

TCPDF is a PHP class for generating PDF documents without requiring external extensions. TCPDF supports all ISO page formats and custom page formats, custom margins and units of measure, UTF-8 Unicode, RTL languages, HTML, barcodes, TrueTypeUnicode, TrueType, OpenType, Type1, and CID-0 fonts, images, graphic functions, clipping, bookmarks, JavaScript, forms, page compression, digital signatures, and encryption.

Kamailio (formerly named OpenSER) is a high-performance SIP (RFC3261) server, with a flexible architecture and many extensions. The server implements proxy, registrar, redirect, and location SIP/VoIP services. It has support for UDP/TCP/TLS transport layers, ENUM, AAA via database, RADIUS, DIAMETER, gateways to SMS and XMPP, least cost routing, load balancing, NAT traversal, and call processing language.
Release Notes: This is a maintenance release of Kamailio SIP Server, including fixes since the release of 3.3.0. Installations running previous 3.x.x versions are advised to upgrade.
JasperReports is a Java reporting library. XML report templates are used to generate ready to print documents using data from customizable data sources, including JDBC. The output can be delivered to the screen, printer, or stored in PDF, HTML, XLS, RTF, CSV, and XML format.

AeonWave-OpenAL is a thin OpenAL emulation layer that uses AeonWave to create one of the fastest rendering OpenAL implementations available. OpenAL is a cross-platform 3D audio API appropriate for use with gaming applications and many other types of audio applications. Its API style and conventions deliberately resemble those of OpenGL.

BEAM is a toolbox and development platform for viewing, analysing, and processing of remote sensing raster data. Originally developed to facilitate the utilisation of image data from Envisat's optical instruments, BEAM now supports a growing number of other raster data formats such as GeoTIFF and NetCDF as well as data formats of other EO sensors such as MODIS, AVHRR, AVNIR, PRISM and CHRIS/Proba. Various data and algorithms are supported by dedicated extension plug-ins. It includes VISAT, an intuitive desktop application, a set of scientific tools running either from the command line or invoked by VISAT, and a rich Java API for the development of new remote sensing applications and BEAM extension plug-ins.

ERDexpert is a interface to an Erlang expert assertion engine. ERDialog is an application framework using Yaws. Multiple applets can be loaded into the framework. The existing applets include a file launcher, mpd audio interface, and wiki. This is the full release and only needs Erlang and Yaws installed.

The cdcat is a graphical (Qt based) multi-platform catalog program that scans the directories/drives you want and memorizes the filesystem (including the tags of MP3s) and stores it in a small file. The database is stored in a gzipped XML format, so you can hack it, or use it if necessary. Cdcat can store the contents of some specified files up to a size limit if you want (for example: *.nfo).
Release Notes: This release fixes saving special characters in folder/file names, improves and fixes CD/DVD detection on Linux, and fixes crashes with disabled trayicons, scanning of archives with special names in the archive list, file extension detection on non-win32 systems, setting medianame on adding new media of CD type, loading of some settings, and sorting. The device path for CD/DVD drives is now allowed. The CDROM path will now used instead of the selected path in the tree. The menu now has entries for resorting the catalog in descending order. The sort state will now saved. The sort state is now displayed in commwidget.
