phplist is a mailing list and newsletter manager that allows posting via a Web page. It works well when used for announcements, and can handle very large email address lists. Users can sign up to multiple lists, but will only receive a single copy of cross-posted messages. When signing up, users can identify their geographical location, and messages can be targetted to these. You can add place holders in your email that will be replaced with personal details (such as the person's name). Users can update their own information, and unlike many other mailing list systems, they can change their email address. HTML emails are supported.

Exchanges is a Bash CGI script for collaborative creation of manuscripts. It allows new entries to be injected between existing entries. Owners of entries may edit or delete them. Anyone may comment on them. By default, one views the entire document. Exchanges are directory-based, with a single CGI handling multiple writing projects.
Release Notes: Edit mode now returns bold tags back into the semi/comma markup and removes all anchor tags. This means that the edit text is ready for reprocessing upon submission. The log output has been made more compact. The boilerplate text of the main page better reflects the single-document interface.
libpng (PNG library) is a collection of routines used to create and manipulate PNG format graphics files. The PNG format was designed as a replacement for GIF and, to a lesser extent, TIFF, with many improvements and extensions.

Beets is a media library management system designed for obsessive-compulsive music geeks. It catalogs your collection, automatically improving its metadata as it goes using the MusicBrainz database. It also downloads cover art for albums it imports. Then it provides a bouquet of tools for manipulating and accessing your music. Beets also includes a music player that speaks the MPD protocol, so you can play music in your beets library using any MPD client.

Opendedup is a deduplication-based filesystem and block device designed to provide inline deduplication and flexiblity for applications. It benefits services such as backup, archiving, NAS storage, and Virtual Machine primary and secondary storage, and can be deployed in both a stand alone and distributed, multi node configuration. Standalone, it provides inline deduplication, replication, and unlimited snapshot capabilities. In a multi-node configuration, it adds global intra-volume deduplication, block storage redundancy, and block storage expandability. and will store and share unique data blocks with other volumes within the cluster. These volumes can also specify a level of redundancy for data stored in the cluster.

Fimex is a the File Interpolation, Manipulation, and EXtraction library for gridded geospatial data. It converts between different, extensible data formats (currently netcdf, NcML, grib1/2, metgm, wdb, and felt). It enables you to change the projection and interpolation of scalar and vector grids. It makes it possible to subset the gridded data and to extract only parts of the files. For simple usage, Fimex also comes with the command line program fimex.
Release Notes: Fimex now uses the newest version of the MetGM/STANAG6022 library, which allows lower memory consumption due to data slicing. The performance of the writer has been improved, too. The felt reader now supports files with continuous data layout and with scan mode upside down. Unless otherwise specified, Fimex now uses a WGS84 ellipsoid for all felt data and a WGS84 reference point for all data, improving accuracy of data placements to less than 100m. When using the qualityExtractor, it is now possible to set your own fillValue for unqualified data.

ck-jsf-editor is an editor component for JSF 2 that uses the popular browser editor, CKEditor. OGMRip is an application and a set of libraries for ripping and encoding DVDs into AVI/OGM files using a wide variety of codecs.
