dxirc is a easy-to-use yet capable cross-platform IRC client. Among its notable features are flexible configuration, a fully customizable look independent of system-wide settings, multiple server support with optional automated joining of selected channels, and the ability to connect via SSL.

Firebird is a relational database offering many ANSI SQL-99 features that runs on Linux, Windows, and a variety of Unix platforms. It offers excellent concurrency, high performance, and powerful language support for stored procedures and triggers.
Release Notes: The months that have passed since the initial release have seen numerous Tracker issues tackled to address things that have been reported broken, bent, or compromised in v.2.5. As well as a long list of bugfixes, a few minor improvements have been made.
aime is a simple, C-like programming language and an interpreter, both designed to be embeddable in applications. The language is straightforward, trivial, and direct. Its syntax is simpler than that of C, while still providing for full object management, higher order functions, and references. The interpreter is secure and expressive, allowing comprehensive control over program execution and providing powerful methods of application integration.
Release Notes: The associative array interface has been documented. A bug in the stack allocation for expressions referring function pointers has been fixed.
BIRD is a dynamic routing daemon for UNIX-like systems. It should support all routing protocols used in the contemporary Internet, such as BGP, OSPF, RIP, and their IPv6 variants. It also features a very flexible configuration mechanism, and a route filtering language.
Release Notes: OSPF NSSA, BGP extended communities, BGP TTL security, a configuration option "include", and some minor bugfixes.
Sous-marin Linux is a small, pure, individualized Slackware installation system using only scripts and a minimum of resources. Sous-marin's utilities allow you to create an installer CD and tagfiles, choose the minimum of pure Slackware packages you need, and then FTP/HTTP install the system over the Net. It also includes sous-marin tools, formerly SlackBash scripts. These tools allow you to analyze any Slackware installation for missing libraries, files not in packages, packages dependencies, and so forth.
Release Notes: The sous-marin GUST lists, tagfile script, and installer building script have been combined into more complete package releases. Release tarballs contain all the sous-marin elements for each Slackware release. Only GUST, maintained by another project, needs to be downloaded separately.
Bixtep is a command line application for organizing notes in a flexible and customizable way in the Bash shell. Its uses span from quick note taking to managing excerpts, sources, and any other type of textual content. All data is stored in an XML file.

Nuttx is a real-time embedded operating system (RTOS). It has a small footprint that is usable in micro-controller environments. It is fully scalable from tiny (8-bit) to moderate embedded (32-bit) systems. It also aims to be fully compliant to standards, to be fully real time, and to be totally open.
Release Notes: This release adds infrastructure to support Power Management for controlling reduced power states and for DAC drivers. It has a new I2C tool application plus several new drivers and some important bugfixes.
The Open-Transactions project is a collaborative effort to develop a robust, commercial-grade, fully-featured, free-software toolkit implementing a full-strength financial cryptography library, API, CLI, and prototype server. Open-Transactions democratizes financial and monetary actions. You can use it for issuing currencies/stock, paying dividends, creating asset accounts, sending/receiving digital cash, writing/depositing cheques, cashier's cheques, creating basket currencies, trading on markets, scripting custom agreements, recurring payments, escrow, etc. Strong crypto is used. Balances are unchangeable (even by a malicious server). Receipts are destructible and redundant. The transactions are unforgeable. The cash is untraceable. The cheques are non-repudiable.
Release Notes: This release adds finalReceipt, which allows transactions that process multiple times. It also adds some API calls for deleting Nyms and Accounts. A lot of debugging has occurred.
Freeverb3 is a signal processing library. It includes many types of audio processing effects and signal generators including a linear feedback shift register (LFSR) maximum length sequence (MLS) generator, multiple types of high quality mono+stereo reverb effects, a multi slot impulse response processor, multiband hardknee+softknee compressor and limiter, a stereo enhancer, a limiter, and many types of infinite impulse respose (IIR) and finite impulse response (FIR) filters. Also available is Freeverb3VST, a VST effects plugins package based on the Freeverb3 library.

H2 is an SQL database engine written in Java that implements the JDBC API. Embedded, server, and clustering modes are available. A browser based console application is included. The database has strong security features. Disk based and in-memory databases and tables are supported.

Ding is a PHP framework that provides dependency injection (by Setter, Constructor, and Method), Aspect Oriented Programming, XML, YAML, Events support, and some JSR 250/330 annotations as bean definition providers, lightweight, can be deployed as a PHAR file, simple, and quick MVC, syslog, TCP client and server with non-blocking sockets, timers, and custom error, signal, and exception handling, PAGI integration (for the Asterisk gateway interface), and PAMI integration (for Asterisk management). It is similar to Java's Seasar and Spring.
Release Notes: This release adds @Component, so now classes can be annotated and configured as beans without having a @Configuration. The manual and examples have been updated to show how to use this. There are internal code improvements.
ffDiaporama is an application for assembling photos and videos. It is especially suitable for preserving memories of holidays. It was inspired by presentation software such as Impress or Powerpoint. It can read all image formats, most camera and camcorder video formats, and the most commonly used music formats. It includes 140 transitions and a device database to enable the videos to be correctly rendered for more than 50 models of video viewing devices (including smartphones, tablets, and home cinema systems). ffDiaporama can manage several hundred slides. Each slide can contain tens of shots and tens of blocks, with each shot containing its own block settings. The application itself calculates all the shot transformations.
Release Notes: For this fourth beta, a particular effort was made towards the internationalization with the addition of Spanish and Italian translations. A the same time, many bugs was fixed.
zend-db-model-generator is a PHP script that reads the structure of a requested table and generates proper table, model, and mapper classes with all the relevant setters and getters using the Zend FrameWork. This script adds several functions to make it easier to work with a database like Zend_Paginator, Zend framework referenceMap, and other useful functions.
Release Notes: This release fixes issue 11. It adds try catch to the pdo string generator to show a proper error instead of seeing an exception being thrown. It fixes issue 8, adding Unix socket support for MySQL server. Issue 7 was checked, and it seems that the 0.6 beta patch fixed the issue (support for composite primary key).
Tofu provides a simple and very lightweight way to manage your todo list(s), storing your tasks in plain text files. It provides a powerful interface to hierarchize and tag these lists in order to retrieve and manipulate (list, view, edit, delete, etc.) them easily.
Release Notes: This release adds to tofu the "drop" action, which deletes the selected tasks without prompting first for any confirmation. It also allows you to easily go back into the last exited queue in the command line by passing the new special "previous" word to the "queue" selector.
feh is a fast, lightweight image viewer that uses imlib2. It is command line-driven and supports multiple images through slideshows, thumbnail browsing or multiple windows, and montages or index prints using TrueType fonts to display file information. Advanced features include fast dynamic zooming, progressive loading, loading via HTTP (with reload support for watching webcams), recursive file opening (slideshow of a directory hierarchy), and mouse wheel and keyboard control.
Release Notes: This release fixes image reload issues introduced in 1.16. Most notably, the < and > keys work as expected again.
Psensor is a graphical hardware temperature monitor for Linux. It can monitor temperatures of the different hardware sensors (motherboard and CPU using lm-sensors), hard disk drives (hddtemp/libatasmart), and ATI/Nvidia GPUs. The fan can also be monitored (lm-sensors). Psensor is designed to be simple and easy to use.
Release Notes: This release adds CPU usage and experimental AMD/ATI GPU monitoring to Psensor and an important memory leak fix. The Psensor-server Web interface has been rewritten with JQuery, introduces new system information (network, CPU load, and memory information), and draws a graph for "lm-sensors" sensors.
Duke is a fast and flexible record linkage engine. It does not use the traditional blocking (sort by key) approach, but instead relies on Lucene. This makes it high-performance (able to process 1,000,000 records in ~10 minutes). Duke can be run from the command line, but also has an API allowing incremental linking applications to be built easily. It supports reading data from CSV, JDBC, SPARQL, and NTriples, and also supports a number of string comparators and string normalizers.

crosstool-NG is a versatile toolchain generator, aiming at being highly configurable. It supports multiple target architectures, different components (glibc/uClibc...) and versions. crosstool-NG also features debugging utilities (DUMA, strace...) and generation tools (sstrip...).
Release Notes: The gdb versions strings have been fixed. Using a sysroot prefix directory has been fixed.
MP3 Diags finds problems in MP3 files and helps the user fix many of them. It looks at both the audio part (VBR info, quality, normalization) and the tags containing track information (ID3). It has a tag editor, which can download album information (including cover art) from MusicBrainz and Discogs, as well as paste data from the clipboard. Track information can also be extracted from a file's name. Another component is the file renamer, which can rename files based on the fields in their ID3V2 tag (artist, track number, album, genre, etc.).
Release Notes: This stable release includes backports from the unstable branch to accommodate GNOME 3 and a Discogs API change that rendered the Discogs-related functionality unusable.

It allows you to configure the server from top to bottom without editing a text configuration file.
Release Notes: Along with the addition of "UNIX socket in a abstract namespace" support and SHA512 hashes for the authentication with MySQL databases, this release fixes a number of important issue. The SSL/TLS support is much more stable that in previous versions, and some minor memory management issues were fixed in a few of the core components of the server. Updating is strongly encouraged.
