The massXpert software package is a mass spectrometry environment for linear (bio-)polymers. It inherits all the innovations of GNU polyxmass. It allows the detailed definition of new polymer chemistries in the XpertDef module. These chemistry definitions are then used in the desktop calculator-like mass calculator (XpertCalc) and in the sophisticated polymer sequence editor and (bio-)chemical/mass spectrometric simulations module (XpertEdit). Available simulations include polymer and monomer chemical modifications, polymer sequence cleavage, gas-phase fragmentation, m/z ratio calculations, and more.

Release Notes: The fragmentation oligomer display has been changed from a tree view to a table view which is simpler, both programmatically and functionally (for the user). The ability to stack in the same table view fragmentation oligomers that come from different fragmentation simulations has been added.

JSModem provides a virtual modem device for the JSLinux platform. It is a result of studying a project conducted on PC emulator that was implemented in JS by Fabrice Bellard (see http://bellard.org/jslinux). It allows Internet connectivity by tunneling into the server side.

Release Notes: This is the initial release. It has been tested on a server running Linux 2.6.35 and Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick, and a client running Chrome 12.0.742.112 (on Linux), and FireFox 3.6.8 (on Linux).

Release Notes: This release consists mainly of bugfixes, including some backported from openSUSE. The problems with the gitless source tarball (due to version number magic) are now fixed, as is a bug where /sort would leave a different tab selected, and an edge case where tabs could be rendered with zero width. There are also a couple of new features: Conference Mode (/set conf +) hides joins, parts, quits, etc. (which is useful for busy channels), and messages beginning with "/" can now be sent with "//".

Coronis Test is an HTML test framework based on jQuery. It is specially prepared for AJAX environments. For example, when it checks whether a given text is present, it waits some time, in case it's still processing and has not yet arrived. This way it's very easy to concentrate on actions, without waiting until something happens. It has a built-in mechanism for using action based functions, which helps when debugging something that requires repetitive tasks, like logging in or going to some specific part of the Web application as a specific user. It's a generic framework that is easy to adapt to specific needs. It also has variables that can be easily used from any part of the program.
