Cego implements a relational and transactional database system with support for the SQL query language. The current release contains the most common database features for basic table manipulation and data retrieval. Indexes, foreign keys, views, and stored procedures are also implemented. Future releases (2.0 and above) will support a multi-node database concept with log file shipping for an automatic database application failover.

Release Notes: Adaptions were made for large DB thread configurations (with up to 500 DB threads). Enhancements were made for crash recovery.

Window listener is a simple application that observes the windows that are active on your computer and records the time spent on each window. This lets you see how much time was spent on any given task, such as writing an email, reviewing a document, or editing a picture. Please note that the application also records key presses with the intention of using this data in the future to categorize tasks. The recorded tasks can be merged in case multiple windows of the same process are used to accomplish something. Tasks can also be deleted. The tasks are remembered when the program is closed.

Release Notes: Multiple database systems are supported, namely MySQL and SQLite. Tasks are now loaded on demand from the database. Task transtactions are recorded (but only to a file). The code was refactored and improved. A settings file was added. A registration window was added for paying the author. Non-administrator rights can now be limited.

John the Ripper is a fast password cracker, currently available for many flavors of Unix, Windows, DOS, BeOS, and OpenVMS. Its primary purpose is to detect weak Unix passwords. It supports several crypt(3) password hash types commonly found on Unix systems, as well as Windows LM hashes. On top of this, lots of other hashes and ciphers are added in the community-enhanced version (-jumbo), and some are added in John the Ripper Pro.

Release Notes: The jumbo patch has been rebased to 1.7.8. Support for cracking password-protected WinZip archives with AES encryption has been added. Compile-time detection of OpenSSL 0.9.8+ has been added, automatically enabling support for Sybase ASE and hmailserver hashes. The performance on MSCash2 (Domain Cached Credentials of modern Windows systems) has been improved. Other minor performance and portability improvements have been made.

Box is a programming language that puts special emphasis on graphics. It is intended to be for vector graphics what LaTeX is for writing scientific documents.

Release Notes: Boxer has been extended: multiple reference points can be selected and dragged simultaneously; the syntax highlighting of sources has been improved with an ad-hoc file for Box syntax; bugs when loading broken files were fixed. Box was also fixed and improved: a documentation system, Dox, was written; the core and g libraries were partially documented with this; it can now box and unbox objects of different types into the Obj object; raw access to Cairo is possible; a rewrite of the Box g library in Box (rather than C) has been started. These last features are still under development and will appear in future releases.

PSX is a PHP framework for creating RESTful APIs. It helps you to build clean URLs serving Web standard formats like JSON, XML, Atom, and RSS. It includes a handler system that abstracts away SQL queries from domain logic, a routing system that executes correct controller method for the location of the controller and the method annotation, and a flexible data system that converts database records into formats like JSON, XML, Atom, and RSS. A lightweight DI container handles dependencies. The controller supports request and response filters that can modify the HTTP request or response, and filters are provided for Basic and Oauth authentication.

Release Notes: This is a major release that changes the structure of the library so that it is no longer backwards compatible. A "camelcase" coding style is now used. The data writer library was updated for handling Atom and RSS feeds correctly. An HTTP library option was added to automatically follow redirects, and unused classes were removed. Unit tests were improved and the manual was rewritten. Many bugs were also fixed.
