Schedule::Cron is a Perl module that provides a simple but complete cron-like scheduler. It can be used for periodically executing Perl subroutines. The philosophy behind Schedule::Cron is to call subroutines periodically from within one single Perl program instead of letting cron trigger several (possibly different) Perl scripts. Everything under one roof. Furthermore, Schedule::Cron provides a mechanism to create crontab entries dynamically, which isn't that easy with cron. It knows about all extensions (at least all extensions the author is aware of, i.e those of "Vixie" cron) for crontab entries like ranges including 'steps', specification of month and days of the week by name, or coexistence of lists and ranges in the same field. It even supports a bit more (like lists and ranges with symbolic names). It has existed since 1999 on CPAN and is successfully used in many projects.
Release Notes: Beside various bugfixes, this release enables a dynamic schedule change between two cron events, logging with various log levels, and contains some security enhancements.

Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. The API is deliberately similar to Matlab's. Integer, floating point, and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS numerics libraries. A delayed evaluation approach, based on template meta-programming, is used (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce or eliminate the need for temporaries.
Release Notes: This release has fixes for handling of tiny matrices.
Steel Bank Common Lisp is a development environment for Common Lisp, with excellent support for the ANSI standard: garbage collection, lexical closures, powerful macros, strong dynamic typing, incremental compilation, and the famous Common Lisp Object System (multimethods and all). It also includes many extensions, such as native threads, socket support, a statistical profiler, programmable streams, and more. These are all available through an integrated, interactive native compiler which feels like an interpreter. SBCL is unique in being a multiplatform native compiler which bootstraps itself completely from source, using a C compiler and any other ANSI Common Lisp implementation.

Available simulations include polymer and monomer chemical modifications, polymer sequence cleavage, gas-phase fragmentation, m/z ratio calculations, and more.
Release Notes: A critical fix was made to a regression bug introduced in version 2.5.1. The program crashed upon fragmentation of any oligomer in any condition.
deltasql is a tool to synchronize databases with source code, which helps to keep database evolution under control. While developing mid-sized or big applications, developers make changes to the data model that go along with changes to the source code. From time to time, branches of source code are done to stabilize the code that will go to production. A sort of data model branch is also needed. deltasql provides a simple way to collect all scripts that change the data model and means to handle data model branches. The deltasql server runs on Apache and is backed by MySQL.
Release Notes: Security improvements were made. All user passwords are stored as salted MD5 hashes. Administrators now have the ability to reset passwords. The changes are backward compatible for people upgrading existing deltasql instances. If deltasql is upgraded and there are changes to the underlying data model, deltasql now redirects to a page where the synchronization script can be retrieved. Other minor bugs were fixed.
