Zebra_Form is a PHP class that simplifies the process of creating and validating HTML forms. Its object-oriented structure promotes rapid HTML forms development and encourages developers to write clean and easily maintainable code. It frees the developers from the repetitive task of writing the code for validating forms by offering powerful built-in client-side and server-side validation. Zebra_Form has an integrated cross-site scripting prevention mechanism that automatically strips out potentially malicious code from the submitted data. It also prevents automated SPAM posts, out of the box and without relying on CAPTCHA by using honey pots. Output can be generated either automatically or manually through templates (basic PHP files). When generated automatically, the generated output has the same look and feel across all major browsers. It provides all the controls you’d expect in an HTML form and, additionally, date/time pickers, captcha, and AJAX-like file upload controls.
Release Notes: The major change this version is that the client-side validation has been ported to jQuery. The "date" control has some new methods thanks to the integration with the Zebra_Datepicker jQuery plugin. Regardless of the format used for a date, the submitted date can now easily be retrieved in YYYY-MM-DD format for use with a database or with PHP's strtotime function by using the newly added get_date() method. Zebra_Form was not working if the jQuery was loaded at the end of the page. A bug with custom validation rules and a bug with "selects" having the "other" option set have been fixed.
Viking is a GTK2-based GPS data editor and viewer. You can tweak its matching engine to find exactly the kind of duplicates you want to find. The Preference page of the help file lists all the scanning engine settings you can change. dupeGuru PE is safe. Its engine has been especially designed with safety in mind. Its reference directory system as well as its grouping system prevent you from deleting pictures you didn't mean to delete. dupeGuru PE supports JPG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, and PSD formats. All these formats can be compared together. Not only can you delete the duplicate pictures dupeGuru PE finds, but you can also move or copy them elsewhere. It makes sure that saved results have the ”.dupeguru” extension. It fixes a text coloring glitch in the results, a refresh bug in directory panel, and a crash on saving results. It improves the reliability of the “Send to Trash” operation.
Dar is a shell command that makes backup of a directory tree and files. Its features include splitting archives over several files, DVD, CD, ZIP, or floppies, compression, full or differential backups, strong encryption, proper saving and restoration of hard links, extended attributes, file forks, Door inodes, and sparse files, remote backup using pipes and external commands (such as ssh), and rearrangement of the "slices" of an existing archive. It can run commands between slices, before and after saving some defined files or directories (for a proper database backup, for example), and quickly retrieve individual files from differential and full backups. Several external GUIs exist as alternatives to its CLI interface, like kdar, DarGUI, SaraB, etc.

MyConnection Server is broadband testing software which measures connections for bandwidth speeds and connection quality for time critical applications such as VoIP, Video conferencing, and IPTV. It helps organizations assess networks for deployment of new/additional services and identify and resolve last mile customer connectivity problems with little need for the customer to assist in the resolution process. A network route testing component details the path of the connections and where packet loss and latency occur, including discovery of multiple routes to a destination. Remote Test Agents enable technical staff to customize and interactively manage the bandwidth testing process and perform extended quality testing over hours or days to address and resolve intermittent problems as required. Satellite Servers establish additional connection testing points at the application edge to accurately test actual application network paths.

Spack is a standalone package manager with its own CPIO-based package format but aiming to keep total compatibility with Slackware Linux. Written in POSIX shell as much as it makes sense, it attempts to provide a fairly complete toolkit to build, install, remove, list, retrieve, and arrange your packages. It can be used as an alternative to Slackware's pkgtools, just to independently and properly manage your local software on any distribution, or as the main package manager of the distribution you build yourself.
Release Notes: The spackfind and spackindex commands have been mostly rewritten in order to be more flexible and compliant with POSIX. It is from now on possible to easily edit and update the data basis generated by spackindex, and to feed them with the packages of the Spack native format. Because the data basis format had to slightly change to complete this, it is nevertheless required to remake the existing basis for them to work with this release.
