The OATH Toolkit makes it easy to build one-time password authentication systems. It contains shared libraries, commandline tools, and a PAM module. Supported technologies include the event-based HOTP algorithm (RFC4226) and the time-based TOTP algorithm (RFC6238). OATH stands for Open AuTHentication, which is the organization which specifies the algorithms. For managing secret key files, the Portable Symmetric Key Container (PSKC) format described in RFC6030 is supported.

gEcrit is a source code editor oriented toward Python. It tries to keep the interface as clean as possible and keep the menus simple. SqlBuilder is a library that attempts to take the pain out of generating SQL queries within Java programs. It wraps the SQL syntax within very lightweight and easy to use Java objects that follow the "builder" paradigm (similar to StringBuilder). This changes many common SQL syntactical, runtime errors into Java compile-time errors.
Release Notes: Support for updatable ResultSets was added to the QueryReader utility. Some other minor issues were fixed in the unit tests.
Publish is a relatively simple bash script for reducing the workload in the tasks related to publishing an image into a user's ~/public_html elsewhere via scp. Optionally, the script prints out the URL (preformatted for Web BBS use if so desired) coupled with most relevant EXIF information, does conversion operations, and adds an copyright notice.
Release Notes: The occasional error message of "Binary file (standard input) matches" when publishing files should be fixed now.
mtCellEdit is a lightweight spreadsheet program. Its main goal is to provide facilities for simple day-to-day tasks using a minimal graphical user interface. It uses TSV based file formats to ensure that archived data is always accessible to other programs, regardless of operating system, both now and in the future. These "other programs" might be spreadsheet programs, text editors, command line tools, or custom built programs. It is written from scratch and provides all of its core facilities via a library, so any C program can access its API.
Release Notes: Graphing facilities are now integrated into the main GUI with data stored in the CED/ZIP book file format. Graphs can be exported to various file formats including PNG, PDF, and SVG. Cells can now have various types of borders. Sheets can now be exported as HTML files.
DBeaver is a universal database manager and SQL Client. It supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Sybase, Mimer, HSQLDB, SQLite, Derby, and any database that has a JDBC driver. It is a GUI program that allows you to view the structure of a database, execute SQL queries and scripts, browse and export table data, handle BLOB/CLOB values, modify database meta objects, etc. It has a native UI (provided by the Eclipse SWT library), great performance, and relatively low memory consumption.

FeResPost is a library that allows the rapid development of small programs for the post-processing of Nastran or Samcef finite element results. Cottage is a simple graphics and sound engine implemented on top of HTML 5's canvas and audio elements. It aims to be an easy to use library for Web-based game development.
Release Notes: A new class, Cottage.GameDialog, was added. The Sprite, GSPlayer, GameStates, and Application classes were improved. All common dialogs now can take both an HTMLImageElement and HTMLCanvasElement objects as their image sources. The definition-box now supports simple formatting for its item description. The Cottage inline console was improved. A new test application, 'dialog-presenter-grules-test.html', was added. Many bugs were fixed in the library and Cottage Designer (mostly in the common dialogs and game rules sub-systems). A few improvements were made in the API documentation.
Card Stories provides a server for a networked guessing game using picture cards. One player (the "author") starts the game by choosing a card, picking a word or a sentence to describe it, and sending out invitations to others to participate. Each of these players receives seven cards and has to pick one that best matches the author's description. Once enough players have chosen a card, the author displays all chosen cards and the players try to figure out which one is the author's. If at least one but not all of them guesses correctly, the author wins, along with the players who guessed correctly. Otherwise, the guessers all win.

EMF To Graphviz (emf2gv) is an an Eclipse plugin that generates a graphical representation of an EMF model using GraphViz.
Release Notes: It is now possible to use emf2gv outside of Eclipse in a standalone application or even a Web application. This brings the ability to generate diagrams in batch mode, in a Web container, or in a continuous integration environment (see the Web demo link that is given in the manual to see an example).
