Download Website 03 Apr 23:40 Moscrack 2.04b

Moscrack is a WPA cracker for use on clusters. It supports MOSIX, SSH, and RSH connectivity and works by reading a word list from STDIN or a file, breaking it into chunks, and passing those chunks off to separate processes that run in parallel. The parallel processes are then executed on different nodes in your cluster. All results are checked and recorded on your master node. Logging and error handling are taken care of. It is capable of running reliably for long periods of time, without the risk of losing data or having to restart. Moscrack uses aircrack-ng by default. Pyrit for WPA cracking and Dehasher for Unix password hashes are supported via plugins.

Release Notes: This release adds RSH, Pyrit, and checkpoint/resume features.

No download Website 03 Apr 23:37 Seed7 2011-04-03

Seed7 is a general purpose programming language. It is a higher level language compared to Ada, C++, and Java. In Seed7, new statements and operators can be declared easily. Functions with type results and type parameters are more elegant than a template or generics concept. Object orientation is used when it brings advantages and not in places when other solutions are more obvious. Although Seed7 contains several concepts of other programming languages, it is generally not considered as a direct descendant of any other programming language.

Release Notes: The compiler (comp.sd7) was improved to generate less code to initialize arrays. Repeated elements in array initializations are recognized, and the initialization is done with loops instead of individual assignments. The compiler (comp.sd7) was improved to generate string literals with reduced space requirements. The function 'getArgv' in "arr_rtl.c" was changed to assume that the parameters 'arg_0' and 'exePath' are not NULL. The code to recognize constant expressions in the compiler was improved. The superfluous functions 'gkbXpos' and 'gkbYpos' were removed from "drw_dos.c".

Download Website 03 Apr 14:26 FastFlow 1.0.9

FastFlow is a pattern-based programming framework targeting streaming applications. It implements pipeline, farm, divide and conquer, and their composition, as well as generic streaming networks. It is specifically designed to support the development and the seamless porting of existing applications on multi-core, GPGPUs, and clusters of them. The layered template-based C++ design ensures flexibility and extendibility. Its lock-free/fence-free run-time support minimizes cache invalidation traffic and enforces the development of high-performance (high-throughput, low-latency) scalable applications. It has been proven comparable or faster than TBB, OpenMP, and Cilk on several micro-benchmarcks and real-world applications, especially when dealing with fine-grained parallelism and high-throughput applications.

Release Notes: This release marks the first porting onto the Windows OS. It has been tested on Windows 7 on the x86_64 architecture with Visual Studio 10. More examples were added. Many improvements were made to the allocator, such as deferred reclamation and memory alignment. A new mapping API was added. Multi-push, multi-producers/multi-consumers queue, Posix_memalign in the allocator, and Ticket-spinlock were implemented. The ff_queue implementation of a SPSC queue was added. Download Website 03 Apr 08:52 RemoteBox 0.8

RemoteBox is a graphical tool which lets you administer guests or virtual machines running under VirtualBox on a remote server or even your local machine if desired. You may, for example, have a root server on the Internet, a server at home, or a server at work running VirtualBox but want to have the convenience of managing the guests easily from your local machine. The virtual machines run in headless mode, which means you don't need an active graphical display on the server but you can still connect and view the displays of the guests. The goal of RemoteBox is to provide a GUI that should be familiar to VirtualBox users while allowing them to administer a remote installation of VirtualBox. It does this via the VirtualBox API and SOAP interface, which are exposed when running the VirtualBox Web service. You can also use RemoteBox simply as an alternative interface for managing VirtualBox on your local machine.

Release Notes: A large number of new features have been added, including parallel port support, CPU hot plugging, VPID, HPET, page fusion, large pages, and CPU throttling. The virtual keyboard is now configurable, supporting None, PS/2, USB, or Combo. The guest's BIOS settings are configurable, including the BIOS image that is displayed. You can also configure whether VirtualBox's hypervisor mode is run in shared or exclusive mode. You can now also send video hints to guests to change their resolution. A number of new RemoteBox preference settings have been added and some tweaks were made to the UI.
