nut is nutrition software to record what you eat and analyze your meals for nutrient composition. The database included is the latest USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference. This database contains values for vitamins, minerals, fats, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, etc., and includes the essential polyunsaturated fats, Omega-3 and Omega-6. Nutrient levels are expressed as a percentage of the Daily Value, the familiar standard of food labeling in the United States, but also can be fully customized. Foods can be added from recipes or food labels, and nutrient intake can be graphed. The program is completely menu-driven and there are no commands to learn.


Release Notes: This release adds "Weight Log Regression" to the GUI, a feature that applies linear regression to a weight log and enables one to know quickly if a nutrition strategy is increasing lean mass and decreasing fat mass.

It includes classes to parse a PDF file, modify its contents in memory, write the changes back to disk, and create new PDF files. The PoDoFo tools are simple tools built around the PoDoFo library. These tools are primarily examples of how to use the PoDoFo library in your own projects, although they offer useful features for working with PDF files.

Z1 CertServer (formerly Z1 Backbone Of Trust CertServer) is a server-based software solution for the storage and administration of X.509 certificates and OpenPGP keys. The xterm program is the standard terminal emulator for the X Window System. It provides DEC VT102/VT220 and Tektronix 4014 compatible terminals for programs that can't use the window system directly. If the underlying operating system supports terminal resizing capabilities (for example, the SIGWINCH signal in systems derived from 4.3bsd), xterm will use the facilities to notify programs running in the window whenever it is resized.

FastFlow is a pattern-based programming framework targeting streaming applications. It implements pipeline, farm, divide and conquer, and their composition, as well as generic streaming networks. It is specifically designed to support the development and the seamless porting of existing applications on multi-core, GPGPUs, and clusters of them. The layered template-based C++ design ensures flexibility and extendibility. Its lock-free/fence-free run-time support minimizes cache invalidation traffic and enforces the development of high-performance (high-throughput, low-latency) scalable applications. It has been proven comparable or faster than TBB, OpenMP, and Cilk on several micro-benchmarcks and real-world applications, especially when dealing with fine-grained parallelism and high-throughput applications.


Release Notes: This version has been tested on Linux, Mac OS (32- and 64-bit, 10.3 or later), and Windows XP and 7 (32- and 64-bit). Michael and Scott's queue was reworked and tested. It now requires only CAS (instead of DoubleWord-CAS) and it works on both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. Some performance problems on Windows platforms were fixed. A Quicksort example implementation was added, which uses MPMC queue (both in the blocking version and the non-blocking version).
