EMF Validation Builder is an Eclipse plugin that automates the validation process at the time of saving. This means that resource problem markers are up to date as soon as you save your model. A dependency table is maintained, which allows the validation process to be re-run when necessary. In particular, the tool can be directly used with ECore model files.

The Jamulus software enables musicians to perform real-time jam sessions over the Internet. There is a Jamulus server which collects the audio data from each Jamulus client, mixes the audio data, and sends the mix back to each client.
Release Notes: A warning is shown in the main window if the audio delay is too long, a download link is added in the help menu, and a bug with the solo switch is fixed.
ViTables is a graphical browser for HDF5 and PyTables databases. It can open arbitrarily large files and browse their data and metadata in a variety of ways. Its capabilities include easy navigation through the data hierarchy, displaying of real data and its associated metadata, and simple yet powerful browsing of multidimensional data.
Release Notes: Requires Python 2.6 or 2.7 and the latest versions of PyTables and PyQt4. A number of bugs have been fixed and lots of things have changed under the hood: there is a plugins framework, improved memory efficiency, and docs built with Sphinx, and the migration path to Python 3 has been started. Some nice functionality has been added: support for PyTables tables via scikits.timeseries, human friendly formatting of timeseries, export/import CSV capabilities, and more.
GTKWave is a wave viewer for Verilog simulation. The viewer supports execution of Tcl scripts and enhanced Drag and Drop operations.

IFC Soft is a Web-based data visualization and analysis program using histograms, scatter plots, wind-rose plots, and self-organizing maps. It is specially designed to handle flow cytometry data, but will work with any numerical data set.

Check_MK is a complex addon for Nagios/Icinga and consists of three subprojects. The check and inventory system Check_MK is a general purpose Nagios plugin for retrieving data. It adopts a new approach for collecting data and obsoletes NRPE, check_by_ssh, NSClient, and check_snmp. It features a significant reduction of CPU use on the Nagios host and automatic inventory of items to be checked, and is especially useful with larger Nagios installations. "MK Livestatus" gives immediate and fast access to live and historic Nagios status data. It's a supported backend for many addons including NagVis, NagiosBP, and Thruk. "Check_MK Multisite" is a feature complete replacement for the Nagios GUI, and uses MK Livestatus as a backend. It is very fast, and supports efficient distributed monitoring.

You can then utilise the reporting capabilities of Zabbix for all data collected, and provide analysis such as graphs and service level agreement metrics for stakeholders. The current distribution contains a set of pre-defined templates that incorporate alerting and graphing capabilities from initial deployment. However, these can be fine tuned to suit your needs and data/monitoring requirements.

AddSpaces=[true|false] has been added; if true, a space is added between columns of the resultset. ExcludeColumnsList=[1,2,3,..n]= will exclude the 1st, 2nd, etc. columns from the resultset. ProjectForge is a Web-based solution for project management including time sheet booking, Gantt charts, financial administration and controlling, issue management, and managing work-break-down structures. First-party and third-party plugins are supported. Ready-to-run packages of the ProjectForge server are available for Windows, Mac OS X, and all Java6-capable platforms (database and Web server are included). ProjectForge is also available as a web-archive file (war) for usage within your own Web server and for your own database installation.

PathVisio is a bioinformatics tool that lets you do everything with biological pathway diagrams. PathVisio helps you organize biological information and lets you present or publish that information easily. You can create and draw pathways, export them to many image formats, annotate them with links to online biological databases such as Ensembl, Entrez or HMDB, and add comments and literature references from pubmed. PathVisio also lets you sort through high-throughput experimental data in pathway context. This is a much more pleasant way to present data than just a large table. You can import microarray, proteomics or metabolomics data. PathVisio has a plugin interface that lets users customize it to new analysis types, new visualization methods, and new pathway formats. PathVisio is compatible with WikiPathways.
Release Notes: This is a minor release with some nice usability improvements, including autosave and zoom using the scroll wheel. Selection of lines is easier: it is no longer necessary to click on the exact pixel. There are two methods for over-representation analysis; one pathway-oriented and one data-oriented.
TMake is a fast, lightweight, yet very powerful Build System. You can use TMake to build projects or create new ones. It supports C, C++, C#, Java, and Go compilers and over 100 different packages. It can perform C and C++ dependency checking. It is very fast. It uses for Lua for plain and simple build scripts. It has a GUI.
Release Notes: This is one of the biggest changes so far, with a complete rewrite of the TMake core changing most aspects of the project files. It is highly recommended to update all your projects to the new format. Most bugs have been fixed in this release, but there is limited Qt package support and no project creation support at the moment. This release only works on Linux at the moment, but work is in progress to support Haiku, Mac OS X, and Windows.
plexso is a C++ library for designing and simulating neural networks. With this library, it's possible to design and simulate feed forward multi-layer neural networks for function approximation with the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.

JGraph is a free, mature, and robust Java diagramming library. RCDevs WebADM is Web-based LDAP administration software designed for professionals to manage LDAP organization resources such as domain users and groups. Release Notes: Client application policies were introduced. When a client is defined, any request from the corresponding client application (such as a VPN server with matching client ID), will obey the defined client policy. You can restrict users able to use the client application with allowed and excluded group lists. And you can define some Web Service settings that will always be enforced for the client. For example, you can direct the VPN to authenticate users with LDAP+OTP passwords and Token, whatever policy is defined for the user.

gauger is a lightweight performance recording and monitoring tool, aimed at detecting regressions (or sudden impovements) in any measurable metric. It is mainly intended for software development, but can be used for other purposes such as network monitoring or meteorological logging. It collects measurments made by a number of clients (potentially behind firewalls) on a central server and allows you to visualize and analyze the data later. It offers a central log server, Python, Java, and C interfaces for the clients, and a Web interface to browse the data. It allows you to view graphs of the data per host or per metric, selecting the desired ranges and sizes, and allows you to download the data in a gnuplot script for further processing.

Release Notes: This version adds support for Cherokee-Market. Applications can now be seamlessly deployed from the market with a couple of mouse clicks. A new configuration file back-up system has also been integrated, so configuration files can be stored and versioned on a remote repository for backup and cluster deployment purposes. Upgrading is greatly encouraged.
gPodder is a Podcast receiver/catcher written in Python and pyGTK. It manages podcast feeds for you, and automatically downloads all podcasts from as many feeds as you like. If you are interested in Podcast feeds, simply put the feed URLs into gPodder and it will download all episodes for you automatically. If there is a new episode, it will get it for you. It supports download resume, if the server supports it.
Release Notes: This is a bugfix release of the stable 2.x series. A YouTube-related directory bug was fixed, and the UI parts of the Maemo 5 variant were improved. This is a recommended update for all gPodder users.
