jmxtrans is effectively the missing connector between JMX and whatever logging or graphing package that you can dream up. jmxtrans is very powerful tool that reads JSON configuration files specifying servers/ports and JMX domains/attributes and then outputs the data in whatever format you want via special "Writer" objects that you can code up yourself. It does this with a very efficient engine design that will scale to querying literally thousands of machines. The core engine is pretty solid and writers are included for cacti/rrdtool, graphite, and stdout.
Release Notes: A couple of bugs were fixed in the way rrd files are processed.
Burp is a program that backs up and restores data. It uses librsync in order to save on the amount of space that is used by each backup. It also uses VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) to make snapshots when backing up Windows computers.
Release Notes: Counters were added to summarize the files that were backed up or restored. The ability to have warnings was added instead of errors always being fatal. Restores are now prevented from overwriting existing files, unless the new "-f" option is given. Invalid characters in paths on Windows are now noticed and replaced with "_". This also means that you can now restore to alternative directories (since the colon in the drive name no longer gets in the way). Instructions for building the Windows installer were added.

sparseLM is a software package for efficiently solving arbitrarily sparse non-linear least squares problems. It offers a generic implementation of the Levenberg - Marquardt optimization algorithm on top of a variety of sparse direct solvers, thus being applicable to problems with arbitrary sparseness. sparseLM accepts sparse Jacobians encoded in either compressed row storage (CRS) or compressed column storage (CCS, aka Harwell-Boeing) format. It is also possible to supply it just with the Jacobian's sparsity pattern and have its values be numerically approximated using finite differences, or even instruct it to attempt the automatic detection of the sparsity pattern corresponding to the Jacobian of the function to be minimized. Note that for dense non-linear least squares problems, project levmar is more appropriate.
Release Notes: Routines for checking the correctness of a sparse Jacobian implementation were added. The sparselm_spsolvr MEX utility was added, which maps alphanumeric sparse solvers' names to integer codes for use in the options argument of sparselm. A few minor additional changes were made.

Monkey HTTP Daemon is a very fast and lightweight Web server for Linux. It uses a hybrid networking model based on asynchronous calls (event-driven) and fixed threads, which makes it scalable and capable of attending thousands of clients per second. It provides a powerful API for C and is ideal for embedded devices, thanks to its small core and plugin architecture.

A bad reference when invoking the PLUGIN_TRACE macro was fixed and the unused NETIP plugin type was deprecated from the API. Compiler warnings were fixed for the Liana_SSL plugin. In the configure script, LDFLAGS were fixed, and when creating the Makefile install routine, the content of plugins which have not been selected is not copied. A TODO file was added.
Maniac is a tool designed to automate the comparison and the validation of multiple variants of a same program. This is achieved by compiling each variant in a distinct shared object and generating a loader program that will successively load and execute them. The loader also takes charge of initializing input data and checking output data against the reference variant.

It is a standalone tool that does not depend on LyX.
