Rho is a small, very powerful console-based POSIX text editor and mini-IDE with Bash/Emacs key bindings. A configuration file allows the user to create macros using not only any internal function but anything available to a shell command. Keyboard macros (Ctl-Alt-A through Z) can be sourced into the editor for each kind of task, the next sourcing overwriting the last. Rho also allows an unlimited number of templates (sh, awk, python, etc.) to be injected into executable buffers which trap stdout and stderr.
Release Notes: The Makefile was corrected. The user functions available to macros were reduced to those listed in macros.html. The code refactoring is being continued. First pass, complete: 6 of the original 22 C files.

Reprojection of all grids to latitude_longitude or rotated_latitude_longitude projection crashed in Fimex 0.33; this has been fixed again. Support for unsigned datatypes has been further improved, and fimex 0.33.1 compiles with boost::filesystem >= 1.44. The signature of the Data::asConstType() methods is wrong. Since this method can be replaced by Data::asType(), the asConstType() methods have been deprecated.
