Xye is a puzzle game in which the objective is to get all the gems in each level. The mission is not as easy as it sounds: there are traps, monsters, and very hard puzzles everywhere. The player can interact with objects in the game in a lot of ways, and some of the objects can also interact with other objects.
Release Notes: New objects, essentially a whole block color (purple), have been added. Some of the new objects have new behaviors, like purple surprise blocks that teleport Xye to their location when pushed, or purple time bombs. New levels have been added to the list of official ones. LTris is a Tetris clone with nice effects, graphics, and sound. It has a menu, a highscore, a two player mode, and an advanced game mode in which you get a new figure in each level and later suddenly-appearing tiles and lines.
Release Notes: This release adds an option to configure vertical speed for moving blocks down by key, as they drop too quickly on fast computers. A Win32 port is now available.
Iotop is a program with a top-like UI that shows which processes are performing the most I/O on a Linux system.
Release Notes: The only fixes are cosmetic, including a better error message when missing root credentials.
Pioneers is a faithful Gtk2 translation of the excellent board game "Settlers of Catan", with server-client multiplayer, computer players, and support for the changes made in the Seafarers of Catan expansion to the original board game.
Release Notes: Easier manipulation of the maps in the editor, zoom and full screen mode, notification in the notification area, some new maps and a new theme, a better computer player, and bugfixes for better stability.
Hotpatch is a library that can be used to dynamically load a shared library (.so) file on Linux from one process into another already running process without affecting the execution of the target process. The API is a C API, but also supported in C++. The user can load his/her own .so file into an already running process, invoke a custom symbol/function in that .so file, and pass arguments to that function as long as it is serialized to the form of a byte buffer and length of the buffer.

TXR is a new data munging language. TXR's special pattern language provides template-based matching of entire documents or large sections of documents. It also contains a language for functional and imperative programming. It is written in C and takes the form of a utility that is portable to Unix-like platforms and Windows.
Release Notes: Scanning through variables instead of files is possible, as well as diverting output to variables. Functions can be used as filters. Filters can be compounded. Bind's equivalence tests can be filtered. Important bugfixes.
Luit is a filter that can be run between an arbitrary application and a UTF-8 terminal emulator. It will convert application output from the locale's encoding into UTF-8, and convert terminal input from UTF-8 into the locale's encoding. It is mainly used to support xterm.

(R)?ex is a tool that allows you to manage all of your servers from a central point, through the complete process of configuration management and software deployment.

Coco is a code coverage utility for Ruby. It can be used from RSpec or unit/test with a simple "require 'coco'". It works with standalone Ruby or with Rails. It displays the names of files that are uncovered on the console, builds a simple HTML report, and reports sources that have no tests. It is UTF-8 compliant, configurable via a simple YAML file, and has colorized console output.

wsrep-enabled MySQL (previously MySQL/Galera cluster) can use wsrep replication providers, such as Galera, to form a cluster. wsrep API is an abstract replication interface that supports global transaction ID, true multi-master capability, conflict detection and resolution, and parallel applying and is transparent to triggers, stored procedures, and functions by replicating only final transaction results. Only the InnoDB storage engine and DDL commands are supported by this patch.

Apache OpenMeetings is a multi-language customizable video-conferencing and collaboration system. It supports audio/video and allows you to see the desktop of any participant. The project also provides integrations for Asterisk, Jira, Confluence, Moodle, Sakai, and SugarCRM, and connectors for LDAP and ADS.

Timeline is a cross-platform application for displaying and navigating events on a timeline.

PyMETAR is a Python module that provides easy access to NOAA's METAR weather reports.
Release Notes: Tested to work with Python 2.4-2.7. This release adds more testing functionality and extends the report dataset to include pressure in mmHg. It has switched to using RONN for man page generation.
EKO is a simple sound editor based on Qt, libsndfile, and libsample rate.
Release Notes: Simple Limiter and Noise Gate were added.
lxdvdrip is a command line tool to make a copy from a video DVD. It automates the process of ripping, authoring, previewing, and burning the DVD. It uses tools like mplayer, transcode, vamps, dvdauthor, and growisofs. You can backup just the main feature without the menu or the whole DVD.
Release Notes: A bugfix in the mode "vamps_menu": DVD structure from the hard disk can be copied. wodim/genisoimage replaces cdrecord/mkisofs. A fix for building on Ubuntu 11.10. Mbuffer replaces buffer (lxdvdrip -st=trans_par). Support for dvdauthor 0.7: create the file ~./config/video_format with content PAL/NTSC. Support for dvdauthor 0.7: patches (against the error "SCR moves backwards"). A bugfix for vlc as a stream tool: use dvdsimple instead of dvd, or else vlc does not quit.
Sudo (su "do") allows a system administrator to give certain users (or groups of users) the ability to run some (or all) commands as root while logging all commands and arguments. Sudo operates on a per-command basis, it is not a replacement for the shell.

Fluxbox is a lightweight and highly configurable window manager with pwm-like tabs.

tlve is a command-line tool to parse different tlv (tag-length-value) structures and for printing them in different text-based formats. For example, tlve supports ASN.1 BER encoding. tlve is appropriate for processing tlv files in server environments.
Release Notes: The input preprocessor was implemented and the printing directives %t and %p were fixed.
Quasi extracts code fragments from text documentation and appends them to new source code files. Unlike other literate programming tools, it does not perform any sort of macro expansion. The strength of Quasi is its simplicity - it forces the programmer to think in turns of properly designed methods.

HighVIP allows users to send and receive secure and anonymous email, chat and exchange secure instant messages, and create secure message boards.
Release Notes: Support for image pasting directly in to the email composition window; these are sent as encrypted attachments. Secure file uploads are now handled in the background, leaving the interface available to the user. Sending of secure email with large attachments is automatically restarted when the Internet connection breaks and is re-established. Chat/Instant Messages now support in-line attachments.
CSS is a large collection of scripts (over 1000) and their supporting modules. There are tools for a wide variety of tasks, many sysadmin and text manipulation related, some mere finger convenience. There are even a few manual entries.

Speak Good Chinese is an application that allows you or your students to improve their Mandarin pronunciation. It is based on Praat, leading software in speech analysis.
Release Notes: This release is based on the integrated Demo window of Praat. This means it is completely integrated into Praat, which should make it more stable and run on more platforms. This change does not affect the tone recognizer, only the User Interface.
PyICU is a Python extension wrapping IBM's International Components for Unicode C++ library (ICU).

PyLucene is a Python extension for accessing Java Lucene from Python. Its goal is to allow use of Lucene's text indexing and searching capabilities from Python. It is designed to be API compatible with the latest version of Java Lucene.
