CacheGuard Appliance is an all-in-one OS appliance providing firewall, antivirus, caching, compression, bandwidth allocation, load balancing, reverse and forward proxy, high availability, Web application firewall, URL guarding, and more. It can be purchased as an OS to install on your server, as an OS to run in a virtual machine, or as a hardware appliance.

Sqlkit provides a GUI named sqledit to edit data in a database, as well as a package (sqlkit) in PyGtk. Sqledit (the application) can be run from the command line with arguments and will pop directly into the table/mask of the data, or without arguments and will present an input mask to write the database URL. Sqlkit (the Python package) provides SqlMask and SqlTable, two widgets for editing database data. It is meant to be used as a base for database desktop applications.
Bazaar is a simple decentralized revision control system. Decentralized revision control systems give users the ability to branch remote repositories to a local context. Users can commit to local branches without requiring special permission from the branches that they branched from.

Ding is a PHP framework that provides dependency injection (by Setter, Constructor, and Method), Aspect Oriented Programming, XML, YAML, Events support, and some JSR 250/330 annotations as bean definition providers, lightweight, can be deployed as a PHAR file, simple, and quick MVC, syslog, TCP client and server with non-blocking sockets, timers, and custom error, signal, and exception handling, PAGI integration (for the Asterisk gateway interface), and PAMI integration (for Asterisk management). It is similar to Java's Seasar and Spring.

Vortex Library is an implementation of the RFC 3080 and RFC 3081 standard definitions, known as the BEEP Core protocol, implemented on top of the TCP/IP stack. It comes with complete XML-RPC over BEEP RFC 3529 support, complete support for the TUNNEL profile (which allows you to perform proxy operations for every BEEP profile developed), support for HTTP proxies, and more. The API is consistent, easy to use, and allows you to write application protocols very quickly. The API is designed to allow bindings for other languages to be built easily.

LibAxl is an efficient implementation of the XML 1.0 standard specification. It doesn't have any external library dependencies, having a clean implementation based on opaque types and a consistent API to manipulate your XML documents without compromising your code. It is extremely memory efficient and thread safe with a small footprint (111k). It also includes XML Namespaces support.
Release Notes: This is a minor stable release. It has Python Axl fixes, fixes in the stream reader global index, and API updates.
NetXMS is a network monitoring and management system with a modular architecture. It can be used for monitoring an entire IT infrastructure, starting with SNMP-capable hardware (like switches and routers) and ending with applications on servers. The system has a three-tier architecture; the information is collected by monitoring agents (either its own agents or SNMP agents) and delivered to the monitoring server for processing and storing, where it can be accessed by using the management console. It features centralized configuration and centralized agent upgrades.
Release Notes: This release adds LLDP support. The MIB compiler has been improved. SNMP tools have been improved. Automatic conversion of non-printable strings in SNMP traps has been added. New MIBs have been added. Broken static agent build has been fixed. Changes in NXSL: the ability to create scripts without explicit main(), named parameters, and new functions (GetNodeParents and PostEvent).

The OATH Toolkit makes it easy to build one-time password authentication systems. It contains shared libraries, commandline tools, and a PAM module. Supported technologies include the event-based HOTP algorithm (RFC4226) and the time-based TOTP algorithm (RFC6238). OATH stands for Open AuTHentication, which is the organization which specifies the algorithms. For managing secret key files, the Portable Symmetric Key Container (PSKC) format described in RFC6030 is supported.
Release Notes: This release fixes OATH_VERSION and OATH_VERSION_NUMBER in oath.h; these symbols were not incremented for the last release. It fixes a typo in the oathtool man page.
phplist is a mailing list and newsletter manager that allows posting via a Web page. It works well when used for announcements, and can handle very large email address lists. Users can sign up to multiple lists, but will only receive a single copy of cross-posted messages. When signing up, users can identify their geographical location, and messages can be targetted to these. You can add place holders in your email that will be replaced with personal details (such as the person's name). Users can update their own information, and unlike many other mailing list systems, they can change their email address. HTML emails are supported.
Release Notes: phpList now runs entirely in UTF-8, so that once and for all those character encoding issues are gone. Support for the Amazon SES service has been added.
mnoGoSearch is a full-featured Web search engine that you can use to build search engines over HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and NTTP servers, local files, and database text fields. It has built-in support for XML, HTML, eml, and text files. External converters can be used to support other document types. An automatic language/charset guesser for more 70 language/charset combinations is included, along with cluster support, making it possible to distribute data over multiple computers and index huge collections with up to several hundred million documents.
Release Notes: A significant performance improvement for indexer startup with configuration files having hundreds or thousands of Server commands was made. GNU-style long options support was added. A new configure flag --enable-fhs-layout was added to build and install a better Filesystem Hierarchy Standard compliant layout. Configure improvements for 64-bit platforms were made. A few bugs were fixed. Some other minor feature improvements were made.
Spice-GTK is a set of GObject and Gtk objects for connecting to Spice servers. Spice provides a solution for interacting with virtualized desktop and devices.
Release Notes: This release has Gtk+ 2 and Gtk+ 3 compatibility, migration support, more SSL certificate checks, a few UI improvements, and fixes.
svni is a wrapper for "svn ci" that provides an interactive check-in tool for Subversion. It features syntax checking before checking in files, the ability to make a last-minute selection of files when entering a commit message, and a display of the differences that are about to be checked in.
Release Notes: Parsing of the message file was fixed, where part of the "diff" data was sometimes interpreted as part of the commit message.
BalanceNG is a modern, IPv6 capable software IP load balancing solution. It is small, fast, and easy to use and set up. It offers session persistence, different distribution methods (Round Robin, Random, Weighted Random, Least Session, Least Bandwidth, Hash, Agent, and Randomized Agent) and a customizable UDP health check agent in source code. milter manager is a flexible and low administrative cost anti-spam system that can be used with MTAs that support milters like Sendmail and Postfix. It provides an effective solution by combining a range of existing milters.
Release Notes: This is a bug fix release of 1.6.4. A crash bug was fixed, so users of version 1.6.4 are encouraged to upgrade to 1.6.5.
dupeGuru is a tool for finding duplicate files on your computer. It can scan either filenames or contents. The filename scan features a fuzzy matching algorithm that can find duplicate filenames even when they are not exactly the same.
Release Notes: A bug where an "unsaved results" warning would be issued on quit even with empty results was fixed. Folders added through drag and drop are added to the recent folders list. A debugging mode was added. French localization glitches were fixed.
PHP HTTP protocol client is a PHP class for making HTTP requests. It can establish connections via SOCKS or proxy servers and establish secure connections (HTTPS) with optional SSL client certificates. It supports HTTP Basic, HTTP Digest, and NTLM (Windows or Samba) authentication mechanisms. It submits POST requests with user-defined form values, file uploading, or with user-defined request bodies. It handles cookies and automatic redirection handling. There is an addon class that logs in to Yahoo! and executes actions on behalf of the user, like exporting the address book or sending invitations to Yahoo! groups.
Release Notes: This release fixes a bug in handling cookies due to case sensitive cookie attribute names. It also adds a new function that can read whole HTTP reply body parts in a single call. It also adds support to set the Accept header value to be sent in all request headers, including redirected and authenticated requests. Now it is also possible to dump debug information to a file instead of the script output.
Aspose.BarCode is a Java based visual component for generation and recognition of 1D and 2D barcodes to support Java and Web applications. It supports over 29 barcode symbologies like MSI, QR, OneCode, Australia Post, Aztec, Code128, Code11, EAN128, Codabar, Postnet, and USPS. It also supports image output in GIF, PNG, BMP, and JPEG formats. Other features include barcode size and color settings, rotation angles, and captions. You can render barcodes to images, printers, HTTP servlet responses, and graphical objects.
Release Notes: This release added SCC-14 barcode generation capabilities. SCC is also known as Shipping Container Code, EAN-14, and UCC-14 and is a 14-digit number assigned to fixed content shipping containers. Auto-wrapping of barcode captions is also included in this release. An issue with displaying Chinese characters on barcode images using caption was fixed. Other bugs were fixed.
The minfx project is a Python package for numerical optimization. It provides a large collection of standard minimization algorithms, including the line search methods (steepest descent, back-and-forth coordinate descent, quasi-Newton BFGS, Newton, and Newton-CG), the trust-region methods (Cauchy point, dogleg, CG-Steihaug, and exact trust region), the conjugate gradient methods (Fletcher-Reeves, Polak-Ribiere, Polak-Ribiere +, and Hestenes-Stiefel), the miscellaneous methods (Grid search, Simplex, and Levenberg-Marquardt), and the augmented function constraint algorithms (logarithmic barrier and method of multipliers).
Release Notes: This release introduces a preliminary simulated annealing package based on scipy, and heavily modifies and improves the grid search algorithm.
SharpTAL compiles XML-based templates to .NET assemblies. It contains a complete implementation of the Zope Page Templates (ZPT) language, a system which can generate HTML, XML, or plain text output. ZPT is formed by the Template Attribute Language (TAL), the Expression Syntax (TALES), and the Macro Expansion Template Attribute Language (METAL).
Release Notes: A problem with the tal:repeat command when used with empty arrays was fixed.
PathVisio is a bioinformatics tool that lets you do everything with biological pathway diagrams. PathVisio helps you organize biological information and lets you present or publish that information easily. You can create and draw pathways, export them to many image formats, annotate them with links to online biological databases such as Ensembl, Entrez or HMDB, and add comments and literature references from pubmed. PathVisio also lets you sort through high-throughput experimental data in pathway context. This is a much more pleasant way to present data than just a large table. You can import microarray, proteomics or metabolomics data. PathVisio has a plugin interface that lets users customize it to new analysis types, new visualization methods, and new pathway formats. PathVisio is compatible with WikiPathways.

relax is a program designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins and other macromolecules though the analysis of experimental NMR data. It supports exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates, calculation of the NOE, reduced spectral density mapping, the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis, study of domain motions via the N-state model (or ensemble analysis) and frame order dynamics theories using anisotropic NMR parameters such as RDCs and PCSs, the investigation of stereochemistry in dynamic ensembles, and the analysis of relaxation dispersion.
Release Notes: This is a major feature release which introduces a new graphical user interface. This GUI provides easy access to a subset of relax's features - the R1 and R2 relaxation rate curve-fitting, NOE calculations, and the fully automatic model-free analysis of the dauvergne_protocol module (d'Auvergne and Gooley, 2008, JBNMR, 40, 121).
RT-Thread RTOS is a real-time operating system for 16-bit to 32-bit microcontrollers, with components which include a hard real-time kernel, a command line shell, a device virtual file system, and a graphic user interface. RT-Thread/GUI is a graphic user interface integrated with RT-Thread. It provides a multi-window, multi-thread graphic user interface. Rich widgets are implemented in RT-Thread/GUI, such as label, button, checkbox, textbox, etc. The typical RAM usage of RT-Thread/GUI is less than 20kB RAM.
Release Notes: FTK (funny toolkit) was merged into the RT-Thread project, providing GUIs with modern features such as window animation and an Android-like interface. This demo currently supports the s3c2440 branch only.
awstats_update_all is a script that runs the AWStats statistics update process for all configured sites in parallel. Process priority and the number of processes executed in parallel are fully configurable. New AWStats sites are recognized automatically. It is designed to be run by cron.
