Download Website 20 Jan 22:29 relax 1.3.8

Screenshot

relax is a program designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins and other macromolecules though the analysis of experimental NMR data. It supports exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates, calculation of the NOE, reduced spectral density mapping, the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis, study of domain motions via the N-state model (or ensemble analysis) and frame order dynamics theories using anisotropic NMR parameters such as RDCs and PCSs, the investigation of stereochemistry in dynamic ensembles, and the analysis of relaxation dispersion.

Release Notes: This is a minor bugfix release in preparation for the impending merger of relaxGUI. New features include a sample script for creating CSV files from model-free results for import into spreadsheet programs, extensive system testing of all model-free models, fixes for a system test on 32-bit GNU/Linux, and a fix for running scripts with certain versions of Python.

Download Website 20 Jan 22:28 slkbuild 0.8.5

Screenshot

slkbuild is a script inspired by makepkg from Arch that greatly simplifies the package building process in Slackware and derivatives. It parses an easy-to-create SLKBUILD meta-file and from that creates a conventional build script that follows all of the Slackware packaging standards and that can be run on its own. The advantage of using slkbuild is that it ensures package uniformity and allows for an easy-to-edit meta-file in the event that one might require customization or might need to update the script for new releases. It also makes the build process much quicker, since it takes care of downloading the source, untarring, gzipping man and info pages, stripping binaries, making sure that the menu entry for a graphical application is compliant, as well as a host of other things.

Release Notes: makepkg is being run with the -p option by default. A 'nolinkprepend' option can now be used in the SLKBUILD files to disable the usage of the -p option if needed.

Download No website 20 Jan 22:28 Pagekite.py 0.3.11

Screenshot

Pagekite is software to make servers on "localhost" visible to the wider Internet. It can be used by Web developers to show off their works in progress to clients or colleagues, embedded developers who need direct access to devices in the field, or as an alternative to dynamic DNS for individuals/hobbyists who would rather host their own content than rely on 3rd party hosting. It creates and maintains a tunnel between your server on localhost and a remote "front-end" (a reverse proxy). Only the front-end has to have a visible IP address; the server itself can reside on a heavily firewalled computer, a mobile device, or even an anonymous node on the Tor network.

Release Notes: This version removes/reworks some debugging code to improve privacy and memory usage at the front-end. Also, bugs in the dyndns.org and no-ip.com dynamic DNS update routines were fixed (for other providers, see the README).

Download Website 20 Jan 22:06 RBridge 3.180

Screenshot

RBridge is a secure remote Ethernet bridge solution for Linux. It connects two trusted Ethernet segments remotely over UDP using either IPv4 or IPv6 transport. RBridge uses SHA-2 (precisely SHA-256) for authentication, AES for encryption and timestamps for protection against replay attacks. Using a registry mechanism and UDP protocol, RBridge is able to connect directly to the peer from within NAT or firewall protected areas by using a special hole punching technique (thus requiring no configuration at the connecting routers). For this functionality, RBridge itself is able to act as a registry service for any associated pair of RBridges.

Download No website 20 Jan 14:43 flexmock 0.6.9

Screenshot

Flexmock is a mock/stub/spy library for Python. Its API is inspired by a Ruby library of the same name. However, it is not a goal of Python Flexmock to be a clone of the Ruby version. Instead, the focus is on providing full support for testing Python programs and making the creation of fake objects as unobtrusive as possible. Flexmock’s design focuses on simplicity and intuitiveness. This means that the API is as lean as possible, though a few convenient short-hand methods are provided to aid brevity and readability. Flexmock declarations are structured to read more like English sentences than API calls, and it is possible to chain them together in any order to achieve high degree of expressiveness in a single line of code.

Release Notes: Initial nose integration was added, though there is still no support for generated tests. Private class methods were fixed. Some test refactoring was undertaken to support different test runners.

Download Website 20 Jan 14:43 dmidecode 2.11

No download Website 20 Jan 14:42 Dist-Zilla 4.200001

Screenshot

Dist::Zilla builds distributions of code to be uploaded to the CPAN. In this respect, it is like ExtUtils::MakeMaker, Module::Build, or Module::Install. Unlike those tools, however, it is not also a system for installing code that has been downloaded from the CPAN. Since it's only run by authors, and is meant to be run on a repository checkout rather than on published, released code, it can do much more than those tools, and is free to make much more ludicrous demands in terms of prerequisites.

Release Notes: Logging and error messages were improved. Abstract extraction from the main module is now more reliable.
