DIASER is a cloud storage class combined geo-data replication, long-term archive system, and WAN vault application. Manage long term mixed data archives generated by existing backup software. Ensure availability using commodity hardware. Retain administrative and financial control. It combines a disk-based backup volume management system and triple redundancy with a storage architecture designed to structure months to years of long term sustainable archiving space. It is a quick and low-cost way to make an environment more robust by backing up data in multiple places. This replication also provides fast retrieval of archived data from all node hosting locations. A Perl installer creates the system. Nodes can be dedicated to storage or used for existing services over unused bandwidth. DIASER works in user space over SSH.
Release Notes: This release includes a critical bugfix that prevented Ubuntu node installation. Some new diagrams have been added to describe how DIASER Accumulates, then Replicates, and then Manages archives.

Products from a wide range of vendors (APC, Belkin, Best Power, MGE, Tripp-Lite, etc.) are supported. A shared UPS can be monitored by one host, notifcations being sent to the other hosts via authenticated TCP connections. A Web interface is available, as is a Windows client.
Release Notes: This release fixes IPv6 detection at build time, and was released right after 2.4.2, which includes many improvements to USB support, library detection, OS support, and driver debugging. Several drivers (such as snmp-ups, apcsmart, and usbhid-ups) have been enhanced to support additional devices. The bestfortress driver has been reintroduced, and the ivtscd driver was added to support IVT Solar Controller Devices. The clone driver (formerly known as 'virtual') now provides flexible ways to present switchable outlets to clients as though they were complete UPSs.

In addition, this release reintroduces parametric categories, changes the semantics of the parameter/2 method when used in category predicates, removes an overly restrictive meta-predicate compilation rule, adds library implementations of red-black trees and heaps, improves the benchmarking test suits, improves several examples, and updates the Windows installer to detect Prolog compiler installations on 64-bit versions of Windows.
With a small codebase, the PowerDNS Recursor is an advanced resolver currently serving the DNS resolving needs of over 80 million Internet connections. Besides high performance (using kqueue or epoll, over 100 thousand qps on commodity hardware), it provides advanced anti-spoofing measures. In addition, the program caches server performance and timeouts, making it both network and user friendly. It also has built-in hooks for making graphs with rrdtool, providing insight into nameserver performance.

Password Manager Daemon serves clients data via a Unix domain socket or over a remote TLS connection. The data is stored in an (optionally) encrypted XML file, and the client must provide the key to modify it. It has the option to use gpg-agent for key management (including smartcards). It is multi-threaded, allowing more than one client to be connected at the same time. Key retrieval may be done via a key file or a pinentry program. A key cache is used, so a client won't need to enter a passphrase each time one is required. It is very configurable. Libpwmd is also available as a separate project and is a library making it easy for applications to use Pwmd.
Release Notes: This release fixes the COPY command to handle attributes and root elements properly. It fixes the RENAME command to overwrite an existing root element of the same name. A few memory leaks were fixed.
snmpd-pyagentx provides Python3 bindings for AgentX extension of the snmpd part of the Net-SNMP project. It allows you to tie into snmpd, returning your own values for OIDs or whole OID trees right from the Python code. It consists of a thin C interface for snmp_agent_api(3), provided by net-snmp project libraries, and pure Python logic for handling forwarded requests. The C code is loosely based on the python-agentx project codebase by Bozhin Zafirov.
