SFLphone is an SIP/IAX2 compatible softphone. The goal is to create a robust enterprise-class desktop phone. While it can serve home users very well, it is designed for intensive corporate use.

RackTables is a tool to manage tens of racks, hundreds of servers, and thousands of MAC and IP addresses. It will work with a single rack as well. It features a real-life rackspace model, typed rack objects with flexible attribute sets, a tagging system, IP address management ready for NAT, virtual routers and load balancers, accurate network connection handling, a universal search function, a multi-user access model, and an extensible dictionary.
Release Notes: This is a routine maintenance release. An updated port selector pop-up now displays only ports of devices mounted near the current device. The original, full list of ports is still available by a mouse right-click. Some minor bugfixes were also applied.
Grml is a live system (live CD) based on Debian. It includes a collection of GNU/Linux software especially for system administrators and users of texttools. It provides automatic hardware detection and its default shell is the zsh. You can use it e.g. as a rescue system, for analyzing systems/networks, or as a working environment. It is not necessary to install anything to a hard disk; you don't even need a hard disk to run it. Due to on-the-fly decompression, it includes more than 2 GB of software and documentation on the CD.
Release Notes: This release features Linux kernel 2.6.31 and several additional modules. 67 new software packages were added. New features include vesamenu bootsplash, which provides an easy-to-use boot selection menu. The ISO image can be installed to a device directly using dd. Etherboot/gPXE and GRUB were integrated in the bootmenu. The boot option "ethdevice" speficies a network device for network booting (PXE) instead of the default. The boot option "netscript" causes a script to be downloaded and run from a specific location.
PaderSyncSSH is a powerful SSH client for mobile devices. It allows access to SSH servers from your mobile device. The most important features are remote command execution, VT100 terminal emulation, and SFTP support for file management.

Roundcube Webmail is a browser-based, multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface. It provides the full functionality you expect from an email client, including MIME support, address book, and folder manipulation. High extensibility is granted by the plugin API and the user interface is fully skinnable using XHTML and CSS 2.
Release Notes: This is a service update to the 0.3-stable release with mostly bugfixes and improved file uploading when composing new mail messages. It's recommended to replace all existing Roundcube installations with this version.
XML-Grammar-Fortune is a Perl/RelaxNG/XSLT module that allows one to collect quotes using an XML grammar, with richer metadata, and to produce XHTML and plain text (Unix-like fortune format) from them.
Release Notes: The tests on recent versions of the CPAN XML-LibXSLT module and/or libxslt were fixed. They were broken due to the introduction of indentation in the output XHTML.
DRadio is a Danmarks Radio Internet radio and TV player. It is a curses, i.e. terminal-based, frontend to MPlayer, where the available radio and TV channels are collected for convenient browsing.
Release Notes: Screen artifacts were removed and feedback when downloading RSS was improved.
JVoiceXML is an implementation of VoiceXML 2.1, the Voice Extensible Markup Language. Its specification can be found at http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/CR-voicexml21-20050613/ as an extension to VoiceXML 2.0, specified at http://www.w3.org/TR/voicexml20/. VoiceXML is designed for creating audio dialogs that feature synthesized speech, digitized audio, recognition of spoken and DTMF key input, recording of spoken input, telephony, and mixed initiative conversations.
Release Notes: This release introduces basic support for the initial tag and thus support for creating mixed initiative dialogs. Several bugs were fixed.
Interbench is a benchmarking application designed to emulate the CPU scheduling behavior of interactive tasks and measure their scheduling latency and jitter. It does this first with the tasks on their own and then in the presence of various background loads.
Release Notes: Compilation problems and warnings were fixed for newer versions of GCC. The output was changed to not show sub-millisecond values for normal benchmarks as their values are irrelevant but people were concentrating on them. The documentation was updated.
superseriousstats is a small and efficient program for creating a Web page with statistics from various types of IRC logs. It keeps track of its parse history and only processes new activity before storing any accumulated data in a SQLite or MySQL database. It is suitable for high volume IRC channels and large log archives, and is relatively easy to integrate with IRC services (e.g. bots) that interact with the database and provide last seen information and many other statistics directly in your channel.
Release Notes: A security problem where an incorrect regexp allowed specialy crafted SQL queries to be sent to user.php (userstats) was fixed.
Verbiste is a French conjugation system implemented as a C++ library, a GNOME applet, and two command-line tools. It can conjugate verbs and analyze conjugated verbs to determine their mode, tense, and person. The knowledge base contains over 6700 verbs.
Release Notes: The graphical user interface now tolerates missing accents. It also now works in German. Buttons were added to facilitate entry of accented letters on systems where they are not supported by the keyboard configuration.
Stendhal is a multiplayer online adventure game (MMORPG) developed using the Arianne game development system. It features a rich and expanding world in which you can explore towns, buildings, plains, caves, and dungeons. You will meet NPCs and acquire tasks and quests for valuable experience and cold hard cash. Your character will develop and grow, and with each new level up become stronger and better. mp3splt is a command-line utility that splits MP3, Ogg vorbis, and native FLAC files at specified times without decoding and re-encoding. It works with Mp3Wrap and AlbumWrap files and has a silence detection split mode, a cue mode and a "cddb source" mode. Libmp3splt is a library created from mp3splt. Mp3splt-gtk is a GTK3 GUI that uses libmp3splt.

flimp is a generic graphical frontend to the many excellent command line image manipulation tools available. It allows you to create pipelines of commands that read from standard input and write to standard output. One can view and compare the result of each stage of the pipeline. flimp leaves the input image file untouched; the pipeline is saved in a text file. flimp features non-destructive image manipulation, 16bit color depth, and import of raw images via dcraw, and is easy to extend and customize.
Release Notes: External GUI programs on Linux have been fixed and various minor memory leaks have been corrected.
The trading shim is a command line interpreter with a DBMS backend to the socket-based 'binary format' API of the Interactive Brokers' Trader Workstation. It uses mnemonic ASCII text commands to permit downstream clients to easily access several worldwide securities markets and exchanges (stocks, options, futures, bonds, and Forex) for "tick" data and history (intraday and EoD). It also allows clients to initiate and supervise trades of securities, manage accounts, and more.

VWM is an extensible window manager for the console. Built on top of libpseudo and libviper, VWM is more visual alternative to Screen. Additional functionality can be added with Mozilla-style plugins.

Draco is an econometrics and statistics package written with ease of use in mind. The software offers a variety of regressions for econometric analysis, and data is presented in a familiar, spreadsheet-like interface. Draco features data plotting and manipulation as well. It interoperates with common open source formats, including OpenDocument spreadsheets and Scalable Vector Graphics.
Release Notes: Minor issues identified during the 1.4 Release Candidate testing period were eliminated. Issues relating to the user interface when an import/export plugin fails were corrected. MATLAB import now works with binary MATLAB files containing non-numeric data. MATLAB export functions with time-series data.
The Amahi Home Server is a Linux home server based on Fedora (and later on Ubuntu). Your machine becomes a "Home Digital Assistant" (HDA) after the installation. It provides a growing set of community packaged apps like an iTunes server, UPnP server, calendar server, a wiki, shared network storage, network backups, a printer server, VPN, and a plug-in architecture built on Ruby on Rails.
Release Notes: Included in this release (platform version 4.2) are massive improvements in performance for writes (300% to nearly 700%) and modest performance in reads (15% to 20%) to the production Samba settings. Also included are minor tweaks to some messages that were not accurate.
Oracle VM VirtualBox, formerly Sun xVM VirtualBox and innotek VirtualBox, is a family of x86 virtualization products for enterprise and home use.
Release Notes: Guest SMP stability fixes were made. VT-x/AMD-V usage was changed to detect other active hypervisors, which is necessary for e.g. Windows 7 XP compatibility mode. Opera is a full-featured Internet tool, most notably a fully standard conforming Web browser. Opera includes pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, integrated searches, and advanced functions like a password manager, mouse gestures, native Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) support, an email program, RSS newsfeeds, and IRC chat. It is designed to be fast and highly customizable.
Release Notes: This is a recommended security and stability upgrade. It fixes two security vulnerabilities and a number of other minor bugs.
Widelands is an economic and military simulation game. The map is shown in parallel perspective with 3-dimensional terrain. Buildings and units are animated. The player controls a tribe. Land is claimed and held by military presence and then used to build an economy to support military expansion and confrontation. The project is a work in progress where much remains to be done; computer players and multiplayer are in very early stages of development. Some features that have already been implemented are exploration, fog of war, sound effects, background music, adjustable simulation speed, a few tutorial campaigns, translations to several languages, and a map editor.
Release Notes: Game logic: this release adds an interface to set target quantities for ware types in an economy, as well as different configurable player initializations. It has better scenario creation features. The game setup UI: has a multiplayer lobby with chat, and menus scale to different resolutions. All trees have natural lifecycles (seeding, death). There are new sound effects, music, graphics, maps, and a tutorial scenario. The computer player has been improved. Many serious bugs and some usability issues have been fixed. Spectators may look at building and economy configuration. Game chat has been improved with timestamps and personal messages.
Based on ROTE, libvterm is a terminal emulator library that attempts to mimic both VT100 and rxvt capabilities. Although the natural display apparatus is curses, the API is simple enough to grow and adopt other mechanisms.

SDL_mixer is a simple multi-channel audio mixer. It supports 8 channels of 16 bit stereo audio, plus a single channel of music, mixed by the popular MikMod MOD, Timidity MIDI, Ogg Vorbis, and SMPEG MP3 libraries.
Release Notes: This release will reset channel volumes after a fade out interrupts a fade in. It fixes a crash race condition with position audio functions and stereo panning in 8-bit mode, and a crash caused by not resetting position_channels. MOD support uses libmikmod, and is dynamically loaded by default. A patched version of libmikmod is included in libmikmod-3.1.12.zip. The libmikmod patches fix security issues CVE-2007-6720 and CVE-2009-0179. Seamless looping for music playback has been implemented. ID3 is recognized as MP3. A decoder enumeration API, support for FLAC audio both as chunks and streaming, and support for streaming WAV have been added.
