Release Notes: This is a small bugfix release. It includes a fix to correctly send the room subject when a user joins a MUC room, and a traceback caused when sending subscription requests to the server itself. The urgency of errors when sent to syslog has been lowered to avoid an issue on some systems where they are broadcast to all terminals. Usability was improved through better handling of SSL/TLS initialization errors (i.e. missing or unreadable certificate files), and warning the user if they put port configuration under a virtual host section where it will have no effect.

clipsmm is a C++ library that provides an interface to the CLIPS library. CLIPS provides a C environment for the construction of rule- and/or object-based expert systems used by NASA, branches of the military, numerous federal bureaus, government contractors, universities, and many companies. Several areas in which clipsmm extends the CLIPS interface are templated function callbacks using sigc++ slots, and encapsulated CLIPS execution environments.
Release Notes: This is primarily a cleanup release. Several checks have been added for CLIPS function context support, which is required whether you are using clips 6.30 or a patched 6.24. The docs have been restructured a bit and are now distributed as their own package because of their size. The primary clipsmm.h header has also been moved into a higher level directory.

TooN is a very efficient numerics library for C++. The main focus of the library is efficient and safe handling of large numbers of small vector matrices and providing as much compile time checking as is possible. The library also works with large vectors and matrices and integrates easily with existing code. In addition to elementary vector and matrix operations, the library also providers linear solvers, matrix decompositions, optimization, and wrappers around LAPACK.
