Release Notes: Quasi-static boundary element method and full-wave wavelet-based simulators were included.
Program Version Syncer (pvs) downloads new versions of packages based on their version numbers from either FTP or HTTP servers. It extracts the version number from packages that have already been downloaded by the user against the version number from the packages that reside on a server. If patches are provided to take it the existing package up to the newest version, only these will be downloaded.
Release Notes: Most of the program was rewritten from scratch and should work better, although a lot of rough edges still exist in the code.
CADSM is a basic 3D CAD with advanced motion simulation capabilities. It is suitable for anyone interested in learning 3D CAD and motion simulation inexpensively before using more sophisticated packages. Educators, students, and new engineers will find it ideal for the teaching and learning of geometry, kinematics, dynamics, vibrations, mechanisms, linkages, cams, machine design, and physics. Data can be exported to spreadsheets or the POVRay ray tracer.

HTML Parser is a Java library used to parse HTML in either a linear or nested fashion. Primarily used for transformation or extraction, it features filters, visitors, custom tags and easy to use JavaBeans. It is a fast, robust, and well-tested package.
Release Notes: This release fixed problems with decoding URLs in the Translate.decode() method. A bug where the SiteCapturer program failed in the face of an EncodingChangeException was fixed. The SiteCapturer now handles this exception by resetting the parser and trying again. This bug involved an overzealous test for "text/XXX" content. This was erroneously assuming that the content was binary and throwing an exception. The test was removed.
