Gutenprint 4.2.7
Gutenprint (formerly Gimp-Print) is a collection of printer drivers for Unix/Linux that currently supports over 1400 printers. It emphasizes quality and flexibility, offering a wide variety of options to meet most printing needs. It includes a CUPS driver, an IJS-based Ghostscript driver, Foomatic data, an enhanced Print plugin for The GIMP, and other printer maintenance utilities. It can be used equally well for fast printing of text or critical printing of high quality graphics and photographs.
Release Notes: This release primarily fixes accumulated bugs, but there is some new functionality (better support for certain Epson and HP printers).

getmail is intended as a simple, secure, and reliable replacement for fetchmail. It retrieves email (either all messages, or only unread messages) from one or more POP3, SPDS, or IMAP4 servers (with or without SSL) for one or more email accounts, and reliably delivers into qmail-style Maildirs, mboxrd files, or through external MDAs (command deliveries) specified on a per-account basis. getmail also has excellent support for domain (multidrop) mailboxes, including delivering messages to different users or destinations based on the envelope recipient address.
Release Notes: This release moves common child-handling code out of filters and destinations into the new baseclasses.ForkingBase() class. It adds __all__ declarations to modules that were missing them, to help prevent namespace clutter for others.

Release Notes: This release adds a more detailed graph view activated by clicking the normal graph. It converts the gtk_signal_connect to g_signal_connect, renovates the build files to be more extendable and easier to configure (however, this breaks the Win32 build), organizes the source files and slices up the GTK UI source file. GTK+ 1.2 support has been removed from this version (due to cleanliness). Various memleaks have been fixed with the GTK GUI as well.

GOBLIN Graph Library 2.6.4
The GOBLIN project consists of a C++ class library for a large series of graph optimization problems, GOSH, an extension of the Tcl/Tk scripting language to graph objects, and GOBLET, a graphical user interface to the library functions. GOBLET includes a graph editor and supports the standard graph layout methods.
Release Notes: Preliminary code for straight line drawing of triconnected planar graphs has been added. A couple of bugs in the GUI have been fixed, most concerning the tracing functionality.

Hackedbox 0.8.4
Hackedbox is a stripped down version of Blackbox, the X11 window manager. The tool bar and slit have been removed, as the goal of Hackedbox is to be a small "feature-set" window manager with no bloat. There are no plans to add any functionality, only bugfixes and speed enhancements whenever possible.
Release Notes: This release features some code cleanups and adds more apps to the inithack menu generator.

Veejay 0.6
Veejay is a visual instrument and real-time video sampler. It allows you to "play" the video like you would play a piano. While playing, you can record the resulting video directly to disk (video sampling). Veejay can be operated live by using the keyboard (which is completely user definable) or remotely over TCP/IP. Veejay can be used to manipulate video in a realtime environment such as visual performances or for (automated) interactive video installations.
Release Notes: This release adds new effects (Fish Eye, Magic Mirror, Smear, Displacement Mapping, and more), drops OSS audio support and replaces it with Jack, adds limited support for MPEG4 and DivX video codecs, includes slightly better documentation, and improves the stability and performance.

Mozilla Localization with PO Files provides Mozilla DTD and properties files converted to the Gettext PO format to allow easier localization using one of the graphical PO editors such as KBabel, GTranslator, or poEdit. These files are created using the moz2po application from the Translate package.

MIMEDefang is a flexible MIME email scanner designed to do all kinds of email processing, including anti-virus scanning, anti-spam scanning, replacing parts of messages with URLs, adding boilerplate disclaimers, and so on. It can alter or delete various parts of a MIME message according to a Perl-based policy filter. It can also bounce messages with unacceptable attachments and modify SMTP response codes on the fly. It works with the Sendmail 8.11 and newer "Milter" API, which makes it more flexible and efficient than procmail-based approaches.
Release Notes: This release features support for two new Sendmail 8.13 features: the SOCKETMAP map type, and Sendmail's built-in quarantine mechanism. There are also some minor bugfixes and documentation cleanups, as well as a fix for a memory leak with the embedded Perl interpreter on some platforms.

BIRD is a dynamic routing daemon for UNIX-like systems. It should support all routing protocols used in the contemporary Internet, such as BGP, OSPF, RIP, and their IPv6 variants. It also features a very flexible configuration mechanism, and a route filtering language.
Release Notes: Except for a minor bugfix in RIP, all of the changes are related to OSPF. It should be fully compatible with RFC 2328 now. It supports MD5 authentication, multiple OSPF areas, virtual links, etc.
